I recently order the magnetic bracelet and got two negative magnets so they don’t link up together. Really not impressed after paying $45 for them.

Hearts Valley has a wide selection of jewelry both my girlfriend and I love, and that has stuck with us for over a year now. Their prices are great and the customer service is even better.

My husband and I LOVE our bracelets we wait for the little “click” of the magnets when we are holding hands. My magnet fell out after a couple months but I sent an email and they promptly replied telling me they were sending me another free of charge.

Absolutely love this business, jewellery quality is on another level as well as soooo cute, something that needs to be brought up is their amazing customer service, had issues with my order and they were so responsive and helpful, just perfect all round xx

The customer service was absolutely wonderful. I had accidentally put in the wrong address when I initially ordered it, so I sent them an email about it. They not only reshipped it, but they also sent the replacement for free. If you're considering buying from this store, go for it. I have no regrets <3

Excellent customer service. I had issues shipping the product overseas and the company worked with me the whole way to resolve the issue which wasn't even caused by them! And the product itself is beautiful. Customer for life.

Received my heart and was informed that there would be a delay due to stock being out. They gave me the option to get something else, wait for the new supply or refund, which I appreciated very much, but chose to wait and received it in a timely fashion considering being out of stock right after I ordered.
I'm very happy with my purchase and more importantly... So was my Wife 🙂

Hearts Valley ships extremely fast and efficiently! I recently had a minor issue with an order (magnet popped out of bracelet) and contacted their support team on Instagram. I received a response within the hour and they shipped out a brand new set of bracelets for me! Love the company and the quality of jewelry is amazing!

I had seen ads for awhile now about the magnetic bracelets, and LOVED THEM because I’m a cheesy romantic at heart. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a pair of bracelets for my fiancé’s birthday and he loved them just as much as I do. We love this subtle and sweet homage to our love for each other and it’s just the best reminder throughout the day to see it on the wrist. Makes us both smile.
Somehow my fiancé’s came loose, and it was lost. I emailed the customer service team and they immediately sent out a replacement. I was shocked, the last thing I expected was a replacement and response SO quickly! Highly impressed by the care and it made the start of me week so much better! Will definitely purchase from them again. So so worth it!

I shop a lot online. Customer service is not always reliable but with Hearts Valley you can tell they take pride in their product and customers.

I've never bought jewelry online but Hearts Valley truly got my attention in a beautiful piece "the Love Letter chain". I am a man that loves to show my love to my lover thru messages and unique pieces of messages. I bought this jewelry and I was so excited to see my lovers eyes grow with joy and tears. What a beautiful piece of love. I'm also very happy to have reached out to them when the piece broke because they were so fast to respond to my email and also very fast and kindly to replace it without any hesitation.
