🤬 BEWARE ! – AVOID THIS COMPANY (and its clones) LIKE THE PLAGUE🤬

It looked like a duck, waddled like a duck, quacked like a duck and guess what? It turned out to be a duck! (inserting of alternative 4 letter word HIGHLY recommended(

Oh! the wonders of hindsight on the ‘’following your anti SCAM gut instinct’’. ‘’should have read the review sites’’ and ‘’don’t be a sucker for social media advertising, especially after having enjoyed a tipple or 3’’ fronts.

I fell for the Sloth Socks one with Hearthwarm a.k.a. Hearthpost
(Which I believe are just 2 of many pseudonyms)

Realised the error of my ways within a couple of hours when I spotted they had taken more money than was stated on the order invoice.

I immediately submitted (as per their policies) a cancellation and refund request.

And I’ve now enjoyed 8 days of their generic replies and useless tracking information.
Especially like the ones where they contradict the information containing in the tracking links THEY sent me.

It turns out (as I did a bit of heckles up digging around) that all the following companies, offering virtually all the same goods and offers must be linked as they all have the same return address;

**It must be a BIG Flat**

And from the ones it can be easily found on, the same UK based holding/parent company;

So SO Many Potential SCAMMING RED FLAGS missed !!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. This is a scam company. You send money for products that NEVER arrive. Please DO NOT USE.

Ordered some items from this "company" on the
14th October '25, and they still havent, as yet, arrived!!
According to the tracking site my package is now in Edinburgh,and has been since the 10th of this month.
If I'd have known my package was being sent by Pony Express and Wells Fargo stagecoach from San Jose I would have given it a miss!
Yet another disgruntled customer.

Product never arrived. Avoid!

Another Chinese scam. So wish I'd read previous reviews as my experience is exactly the same: ordered some socks early October and they still have not arrived - apparently they are still in transit from Cambridge in the UK. If this is the case I could have walked there by now! Have been fobbed off by the company with assurances they are looking into it but I have no expectations of the socks ever arriving or of getting a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Ordered Socks 11th October for birthday 15th November. Have still not arrived to date. Tracking states at Birmingham (UK) since 08th November (now 19th) numerous emails sent to no avail. Will be requesting refund through PayPal! DO NOT order from this company 😤

My order was placed on 27th September 2025, when paying for the product on their website, they took more money than was stated and used a PayPal account. Only shipped on 22nd October (as per shipping label) after emailing them numerous times asking where my order is, and it finally arrived on 11th November. The product I received is of a poor quality and badly made, not the product that was advertised. Their website states you can return the item and get a full refund if you are not happy with it - not the case! Their customer service would not supply an address to return the product and would only offer a £2 refund. Steer clear of this Chinese company - it is a scam!!

Ordered some Sloth socks weeks and weeks ago . Still not arrived after endless emails . Asked for my money back no response . Very frustrated as these were for a present . Would not use again

I bought a pack of kids’ learning posters and they were full of spelling mistakes. I emailed Hearth Post and they refused to refund them, offering me just £3 as I “could keep them”! When I asked for a full refund I got a guilt trip message saying they could get fired for doing that. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered the item 24 Sept and it hadn't arrived so I emailed and just kept getting 'delays are inevitable' and 'we've asked them to send again'. The last communication I received said 'if you don't believe, you can chose not to ask'. The item finally arrived on 12 Nov, just the 7 weeks after ordering and they are poor quality, very stiff and not as described. I will not buy from them again.

Placed an order 9th Oct and never received my goods. Thankfully I used Klarna who must have detected this was a scam, others may not be as lucky

This is a SCAM website. Their products are fake, they send the wrong items, will not engage when you try to contact them and refuse to refund on their fake items STAY AWAY from this company at all costs.

Have not received me item ordered from over a month ago. Appalling customer service when contacting them about the item..just keep getting ‘has been dispatched, delays are inevitable’! Don’t order from this site!

Utterly appalling customer service. 45 days and still not received the item. Refuse to issue a refund because "it's been despatched". It's allegedly been in the UK for a week, but no company details given. Will pursue a refund through my bank. Do not waste your time or energy on purchasing from this company.

scammed - order never arrives. they say it has been lost. its been 5 weeks. shocking

Am still awaiting on my order i placed in August I keep getting fobbed off they said it was coming from the USA then told me tarking number was wrong gave me other tracking number and that's from China now not responding to my emails

Do not purchase bras from this company. They come from the US - take ages to arrive in UK - then mysteriously go missing and when requested to resend, they do this from China! Bras arrived, absolutely useless no support, wrongly sized. When you request a refund, they don't understand the language and offer £2! Shocking ..... scam company.
