Receptionist very welcoming putting my daughter at ease. Removal of earwax was not easy but time and care was taken and throughout everything being done was explained clearly in a calm reassuring manner.

From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed by a warm and friendly receptionist, Deanna who was extremely helpful. The treatment I had by Kenny was also very good, he explained the procedure and was very reassuring and gentle. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Perfect service from start to finish

Extremely personable staff who were very kind and patient with my 87yr old Mum. Very friendly yet professional and did their best to put you at ease.
It was easy to arrange an appointment, even though through a generic call centre which usually puts me off, you still spoke with a coherent and helpful assistant who explained things clearly and, most importantly, was able to assist in passing a message to our allotted shop regarding Mum's appointment - a refreshing change.
I would highly recommend them and it is nice to see that they embrace being part of a large village in rural Sussex.

Quick efficient process for unblocking my ears and very friendly customer service

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt comfortable and looked after.

Sorted out in 10 mins what the NHS had failed to do in 6 weeks! They were absolutely brilliant.

The whole process was seamless with many updates as we got closer to the date. The environment was very nice, bright, clean and well laid out with a friendly welcome. The experience of having my ears cleaned was a little daunting but all went well and Harry was informative and helpful to my questions. It’s a short session and quite expensive but I have better hearing and felt well cared for. The only downside was the initial call I made to the head office I believe where the lady spoke very quickly and continued to do so. Given I was contacting a company for hearing difficulties given blocked ears. A slower and clearer caller could speak slower and more clearly.
