From my phone call to my visit was incredibly easy to book and Nejad at the Dulwich branch was fabulous,he explained exactly what would happen and was really knowledgeable.i would definitely recommend

Very swift appointment offered. Very professional and everything explained very clearly. Micro suction completely resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I can’t recommend Hearing Now enough.

I had a great service getting my hearing aids.
I was quiet nervous and anxious but had a good first appointment where i was reassured. Have been wearing my hearing aids for 2weeks now and am pretty happy so far. They look like I pods and I can also stream through them

One of my new hearing aids wasn’t connecting to Bluetooth so booked a free appointment with Koorosh Nejad and he fixed the problem immediately. Also recently had microsuction which although not free was quick to get an appointment and didn’t feel at all uncomfortable as it had done with other audiologists in the past.

This is the second time I have visited Koorosh and as before, he was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would strongly recommend his services for any hearing issues.

Koorosh Nejad was pretty much perfect. I was very lucky to get a last minute appointment and wishing 30 minutes my ears were clean and my hearing was back to normal. He was so polite, friendly and gentle and constantly checking in to see whether I want to continue during the uncomfortable parts of the wax removal. Worth every penny and I am very grateful 😊🙏🏽

Koorosh listened to me, talked me through what he thought was happening with my ears, showed me my ear canals on the screen, did a hearing check, and generally put my mind at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you are worried about your ears in any way. Thank you Koorosh!

My appointment at hearing now was perfect

Koorosh Nejad was the most professional and empathetic audiologist I have been seen by as well as the best informed - by far - on a new generation hearing aid I thought might be a good fit for me (and that includes a well known Harley Street practice). Moreover, he encouraged me to take my time and reflect on choices rather than looking to sell me a hearing aid at the first meeting, as others had done. Not only that, his price for the hearing aid i will order is nearly half that quoted by another practice, and the aftercare schedule and service is the same. Don't go anywhere else!

I was having difficulty working out how to use my new Bluetooth hearing aids paired with my phone. I found this HearingNow contact online and emailed asking for help. I ended up sending questions 3 times. Each time I had a very prompt reply - even on a Sunday morning! The replies were extremely specific and helpful and I am now able to use this facility which makes a big difference to my life. I am most grateful for the direct personal help. I was really struggling with online guidelines from various other sources.

Excellent care in diagnosing an ear infection and follow up with my GP.

Nejad visited me at home to give me a hearing test and reprogramme my hearing aids (as I had injured my leg). He was very kind, efficient and helpful and made the whole experience stress free. He answered all my questions, gave me good advice and let me know that I could get in touch with him if I had any further questions.

As I couldn't get the aids to pair with my phone, he suggested that I came for a follow up appointment (free) so that he could show me what to do. I did this and he showed me that (with the Phonak aids) I needed to go straight to the bluetooth icon and not go via settings, which the online instructions had told me to do.Wonderful, caring service!
I would highly recommend Nejad. Suffering from deafness himself, he understands the problems it causes and really cares about his clients.

My Audiologist Mr. Koorosh Nejad was really good. Made me feel comfortable and explained everything so when he removed the wax I was completely relaxed. Gave me important tips as well.
