HPFY’s customer service is beyond terrible. I got an email from them about a problem with my order. They asked for prescription information, which I promptly sent to them. About a week later I got a voice mail from them asking for the same information. To make a long story short, I’ve emailed them exactly six times and never gotten a response. I’ve also called their customer service line six times, and nobody has ever picked up the phone. The absolute worst!

The email I received explicitly said: YOU'VE EARNED THIS Your Reward$ + 20% off = the ultimate combo

But, in reality it was I could use one or the other, not both!? False advertising makes you a liar and a cheat!

Also, the “Reorder” tab for allowing you to “One-Cick” order won’t let you edit your prior ordered items. This is a very annoying hassle because some of the items that don’t interest me because they are usually backordered forever, don’t use anymore or ordered in error (that I definitely don’t want to see again) just sit there forever…
I have called and talked to tech staff but “Sales” seems to be the only priority!
Get it together or try to limit your selections and keep some stock on hand instead of using antiquated “Drop-Ship” approach. Or just get AI and robotics to straighten it out.

Nice quick and easy

You lied to customers that you were offering FREE SHIPPING in large print then in small print limited the discount to only a portion of the shipping cost.Bait and switch - sad for a health care company.

They do not even deserve one star. I placed an order 2 months ago that has never been shipped. I asked for a refund over a month ago and they said they would do it and never refunded. I had to file a dispute with my credit card and they aren't responding to CitiBank either so I have to wait the full 60 days for the dispute process to get my money back on top of the 60 days I've already waited.

If it were possible to choose negative stars, I would because the employees of this company and its employees do not have the customer interest at heart. First of, the company cannot be trusted and neither can its employees. I ordered an item on May 28th 2026 and up till June 22nd 2026 the item had not been delivered. Multiple calls to the company did not yield any credible explanation for the delay. The employees take your calls promise to take action on your issue but never do, they just drop the phone and that's it. Refunding my money too became an issue until today. If you want to buy from this company, think twice. Caveat Emptor! (Let the buyer beware).

My screen went dark after I placed my order! What is going on! I am not receiving text or email replies!

I have been waiting over a month for my order. I was able to make contact with customer service but all they would say is that the product I ordered was out of stock. There was no mention of an out of stock issue when I ordered the product and they did not provide me with an expected shipping date.

Notified by my security software that it prevented a connection to www/javascriptcdn.xyz on trying to use a credit card. Said this was a dangerous webpage.

Order placed 5/23/26. Still no product, and zero communication from the company. I called them on 06/03/26 and was told there is a shipping delay. The agent was unable to give me any useful information. Will update as needed.

Don't order from this company. I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged. It has been three weeks and I still haven't received my order or gotten a shipping notification. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but still haven't gotten a refund.

Large selection of products and descriptions. Searching for products was easy to navigate and find on their website. Pages loaded quickly, and prices were reasonable.
