Great customer service reps
The customer service reps were patient and kind. They were also very well informed; they reviewed and walked me through the application process to make sure everything was correct and explained the timelines for starting a new plan for coverage that meets my needs. I've already referred them to someone.

Great Service
The web site was easy to navigate and very helpful. The associate,Bianca Smart was very patient and knowledgeable.She walked me through the choices and guided me through forms that needed to be completed. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to her assistance.
