Great service and brilliant nurse. Easy to book online.

Donna and her team were really informative upon initial discussion of travel vaccinations linking to the countries I would be visiting.

Once I had decided, Donna was proactive to ensure the vaccines I wanted were in stock or ordered in if required. Across 3 appointments it was made clear what I was having, if I was still happy to proceed and how I was feeling in myself (before and after).

Would highly recommend the Superdrug Watford health clinic!

We used the Superdrug Health clinic in Cambridge centre for our two young boys. Poppy was great with them, patient and reassuring. I would definitely recommend people to use the clinic with her being the nurse.

Great and easy process. Amanda the nurse was kind and professional. My appointment was running on time. Easy to book - I called up to book in for cholera vaccine. No referral needed.
Only ‘issue’ was the website as I could not log on to do the pre-appointment questionnaire, however this did not cause a problem.

Booked a Vitamin D blood test that took place on 31/07.
I was told I would receive a link to login to Thriva to get my results the same day.
its now 20 days later and I am yet to review my results as the email was never sent.
Emailed customer support multiple times and they have given 1 poor answer that didn't actually help. Every email since the first response has been completely ignored.
Don't waste your money.

Overall it was good - booking an appointment online was really easy which I appreciate. However, I'm not totally impressed with how long the appointments took. I went with my husband to get yellow fever vaccines for our upcoming trip, we both feel it would have been a lot better if we could complete the lengthy forms online prior to the appointment. It took around an hour for just 2 of us which is a big chunk of time in a day to take out especially when unexpected, and even though there was a young trainee also in the room, we weren't made aware of how long it was going to take beforehand which would have been really appreciated. Otherwise, no issues and they were thorough.

Lynda was very gentle when she put in the HPV vaccine in my left arm and the price was expensive but it was worth it

Lucy at the Clacton On Sea was fantastic. She gave us clear information to make our decisions about our travel vaccinations. She was very friendly and kind. We were kept informed throughout the session and all our questions answered.

I attended for a blood test. I was extremely painful and unsuccessful. The nurse became defensive and blamed it on my anxiety. It was a very stressful unpleasant experience

Went to appointment for blood test. Nurse tried twice to take blood and failed both times, then claimed that they were only allowed two attempts, so didn't try again and I couldn't have the test. I was well hydrated, and have blood taken every three months at the local hospital, and have never had any problem there at all. They suggested I come back the next day, as though I had all the time in the world, and I did not want to point out that they weren't going to be any more competent the following day! Huge waste of time, when the whole point of it was to save time over NHS test.
