Upon installing my headlights, I noticed that one headlight was not even close on adjustment for installation. One of the headlights had a large crack on the top, near the front and back contact point across the top of the headlight. It had been glued with some type of gray compound glue. There were still spider web cracks across the top of the headlight. I also had to use a small file to file off plastic flashing so that the light plug fixture could fit into the slots at the back of the headlights. After finding the large crack across the top of the driver side headlight, it made me so very disappointed in the product. I was so disappointed that I just threw the whole thing into the trash bin and order a new set of headlights from another company. I realize that headlights depot likely does not manufacture these products and is likely getting them from Ching-Chang, China. So, they're just a customer of China's. But, my product from Headlights Depot was pure junk. I still cannot believe that they didn't just throw the part out that had the crack/breakage and call it quality control. Instead, they just used some glue to cover up the crack and then sent it as a NEW product to me. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely grateful for the customer service at headlightdepo so far. They have been quick to respond and take action when I have needed help. However, I do have to share that I cannot recommend their products based on my experiences. I bought a pair of headlights back in december 2024 and one of the headlight (DRL LED strip) stopped working by May of 2025. The team was nice enough to add a warranty, which I bought for an additional $180 but I was told after 3 months of waiting that the original product/replacement may never be back in stock. I did not understand why they would have offered me a warranty when the original purchase was not going to be in stock. I would definitely go spend your money on some OEM headlights. Learned my lesson the hard way!!

Update: I do have to take ownership for an inaccurate detail. These headlights are defective, regardless of whether they are OEM or not. It seems like this is just a risk you're going to have to take with them. OEM warranty has been extended to 10 yrs with them, but it only applied to specific VINS (2016-2017). If you're buying these headlights (Honda Accord touring/hybrid leds) like me with an older model like the 2014 lx, I think your best bet is to find one that comes with a good warranty/replacement. It seems like headlightdepo actually has a good replacement warranty (they call it the peace of mind).

They claimed they had TYC Genera Headlamps. Shipped me an inferior brand. Hassled to return. They claimed They don't have a UPS account; but thy shipped to me via UPS.

The pricing looked great, however my order was cancelled by their Payment Processor for no good reason, and now I have to wait 10-14 business days for a refund. I have an excellent credit history, no explanation of why was provided. I would not recommend for this reason.

Super fast free shipping.. Headlights come with bulbs too, they look fantastic and I can see where I'm going now. Won't find a better quality light or a better price anywhere..?!?! Thank guys..😎👍
