Hired Humphries for two built in wardrobes that needed to work around some awkward walls. They did an amazing job and completed the work professionally and promptly.
They look so much better than any store bought option and were able to work around my custom specifications, which included shelving to create a linen closet.

Will definitely use them again!

Zephyr Hunphries made some excellent fitted wardobes in the bedroom and cabinets in our kitchen-diner. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and he was able to make everything exactly to our specifications. He was very clear about the options and costs, with no hidden extras. Highly recommended.

I used Humphries Cabinetry for box shelves in two alcoves - I called them based on a flyer and was a bit nervous as it was not a company I’d been recommended or heard of before. But every step of the process was flawless - great to get the CAD drawings, and so happy with the shelving now installed. They look great and the company take real care to ensure you are happy with the end product. Would definitely recommend!

We came across hcabinets from a flyer through the door. We needed quite a complicated alcove unit - a tall cupboard to enclose our boiler, and then a single span of wide bookshelves on top of a low set of cupboards. The key thing for me was that we got to see the CAD models before the build went ahead, and we made quite a few small changes before we were happy. When it came to the build itself, it was a lot more work than I had expected really - 3 days of a cabinet maker, followed by 2 days of painting. The accuracy and finish is perfect - I can't fault it. Luckily we also thought carefully about the heights of all the shelves, so it looks great on Zoom calls during lockdown!

This was the second time I've used Humphries carpentry and once again the service I received from the team was excellent. Every step of the process is well managed to make it a seamless and personalised experience from receiving your first drawings to the painting. The quality of work is high spec to meet your specificatiions. Both jobs have succeeded expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service, the whole operation is extremely seamless, From the site visit through to installation and painting. The operatives were considerate, friendly and clean and tidy workers. I would highly recommend their services.

We couldn’t be happier with our wardrobes. The design solution was fantastic, for what is a very awkward space. Zephyr and his team built and installed them with no hitches at all. Dealing with them was a complete pleasure. This is work of a very high standard, and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have already suggested them to other friends and neighbours.

Everyone in the team were excellent - very friendly, hard working and keen to work with you to design what you're after. Even though I decided to do the painting myself, they were great in giving me clear instructions on what exactly I needed to buy to do it well. Highly recommend them!

The box we had built was quite a large one , a wardrobe which ran 4.2 metres along a wobbly Victorian wall and over .the original bare floorboards in our main bedroom. The accuracy and the care with which our wardrobe was built off site and the care that was taken by Jim on site in putting the whole thing together was well worth the cost. Its a wardrobe that will last which is entirely functional and which doesn't dominate or change the character of the room. Care , time and attention to detail were the watchwords of this job and my only regret is that we can't get them to redo our sash windows as well. I warmly recommend them.

Zephyr did an excellent job on bespoke desks, shelves and media cabinets. Executed to a high standard with great communication throughout. Expert advice which really improved the look that we were going for, whilst keeping it functional.
We will be definitely using him again and actively looking for what jobs to get him to do next as he is a rare find.

Zephyr did an astonishing good job for us in creating built in furniturr in the two large alcoves of our living room. In one alcove the design of the low cupboards, pull out shelves and drawers was complex to accommodate hi fi, games machines, CDs, and other specific items whilst being the right height to put the television on top. In the other alcove we had low cupboards and high book shelves up to the picture rail with decorative surround to match the Victorian detail. The cabinets look beautiful, and the work was done with consummate skill and professionalism by Zephyr. I can't recommend Humphriea Carpentry highly enough.

I needed a solid shelving unit for my home entertainment systems, books and lots of vinyl. They sat down with me and came up with a solid design. I moved house a couple of years ago and was very sad to have to leave it behind, the beat shelves I ever had and more than solid for the weight of stuff they held. Looked fantastic too. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Zephyr made some lovely bookshelves and wardrobes a few years ago. They’re very attractive and professionally made and they’re still serving me well!

We got two alcove cabinets built last year. The skill and craftsmanship is amazing. We live in a old victorian property and we already had half a cabinet (lower cupboard) so they needed to match the aesthetic to create the top of the cabinet and create a new one that matched. They went to amazing levels to ensure all the details matched perfectly. They were professional and polite, on time, cleaned up afterwards and were very quick! If we needed more cabinets built we will for sure ask them again. We also got a painter recommendation through them too, who was excellent. I honestly can’t rate them high enough. We have recommended them to a neighbor who also used them. Well worth the money.

Absolutely fantastic first class service. I’m thrilled with the fitted wardrobes built for me very stylish and just what I had imagined I wanted. The guys were brilliant both very talented so neat and tidy and nothing was too much trouble in fact they were a delight to have around.
