Problem resolved in no time.
Called for help as my laptop was out of space , the machine had tried to do an upgrade and locked up. The engineer quickly established what my problem was and set about clearing space and completing the update. The whole process took a couple of days as there was a lot of data to move. This was all completed in a very professional manor and I was soon fully operational. A good job done well.

Fast response, very helpful
Answered the phone quickly, helpful, even though the issue could not be solved in that moment they looked in to the issue and got back to me on the same day via email and a call back
