Unfortunately, had not done my research prior. Order arrived missing it’s most expensive Item. They never answer emails or their phones. This is simply put theft.
I absolutely would not recommend them.

Delivery was due yesterday and it did not arrive. Very disappointed. No-one to contact

Absolutely con! the meat never arrived. despite being Ramadan, They have no shame. Nowhere to phone. Paid £51, but no sign of delivery. Shop says call website and the website is down. Only Allah can punish them for taking my money and not delivering. I am also going to open a complaint with my bank and hope I get my money back. never again

I have ordered from this company twice and I have to say, both times I have had no complaints. First time was a couple of years ago for Eid and second time was 2 weeks ago. Meat came early and well packaged. I also buy from Asda in Leicester and have had no issues.

Do not buy from these fraudsters, ordered on 19th april for delivery on 5th may.

Got delivered on 28th april and we had no space in the fridge. Also missing 2 items from order

Customer service is even worst, called several times and no one picking it up, emailed at least 3 email but no reply. Luckily got through on call and guy hang up on phone while talking and was very rude.

I have to throw away most of the meat as i did not have space in fridge eventually.

Do not buy anything from them. hope could vote negative, have to give one star as least.

Me and my partner ordered a delivery from here as Halal meat is hard to come by in the area we live in and the convenience of ordering online was a deal breaker.. Then we saw the other trustpilot reviews we weren’t hopeful that our order would arrive at all. However it did arrive, and 5 days before we were expecting it! the quality of the meat is amazing, and it’s packaged really well. I would recommend this service to others, I’m not sure why such bad reviews were left but I have had no problems and will order again from this company.

Amazing Staff and the best quality. I've ordered it online and bought from the branch, not ONE Single complaint. Really happy. I have only left this review as I've seen there is too many bad reviews in regards to delivery times during Covid19 but show me one single delivery arrives on time during these uncertain times.
Have some patience people even retailers deliver online shopping 2-3 weeks late nowadays

I ordered over £300 worth of meat. Five star service. Everything was perfect. Never seen meat deliver like this. super quality meat and packaging. Will recommend to everyone.

Avoid this fraudulent company. I placed an order amounting to £75 on 23rd March and it has still not been delivered. The company does not answer calls or respond to e-mails. They are a bunch of low-life thieves. Absolutely the scum of the earth.

This company is a liar. They cheating money from Muslim Brothers and Sister. And yes, Ramadan is coming soon, but they all full of Sins. They took my money but order never deliver.

Someone from the UK government must stop this rogue business. Call Trading Standards or BBC Watchdog. Our meat order of £145 never arrived. They never answer phone calls or emails. If you want to lose money, order meat from this dodgy (company).

Hi, I honestly am appalled by this company’s service. I bought meat worth £145 from them nearly 4 weeks ago and received half the items I ordered! They changed me fully for the order placed and have not refunded me for the items I didn’t receive! For nearly 3 weeks I have called them daily at least 5 times. And left messages. I also emailed them several times and nobody has bothered contacting me! Now I can’t even leave messages when I call because the answering machine doesn’t allow you to do so. Terrible service. Don’t buy

Was supposed to receive order on 7th april still no news website down no phone answering wth?

Just been to Asda Haji Baba and the young woman who wears a scarf, opens the counter whenever she wishes, I went over at 8.30 she told me the counter opens at 9:00 so I went past at 8:45 and she is serving a couple. This is not the first time that this has happened she has done this to me before very rude young woman. So when she came to serve me I asked for chicken breasts 1.5kg and asked her to please get it cut in small pieces like the one that she had cut before for me, as the chicken on display was large pieces. She had done this for me previously and I asked if she could do it again. She refused and it was not busy at all. Very rude young woman. I got my meat from the Arab shop close by who are really wonderful and will not be returning to Haji Baba again, money seems to have gone to their head.

Did’nt receive my order. No reply to emails .
They just taking money but not delivering the products.They exploiting the situation by Taking advantage of vulnerable people who can’t leave the house and have no choice but to order online .
Please do not order from here or you will lose your money .
I have called my bank for chargeback do not lose your money ask your bank for charge back.

First time and definitely the last time
Ordered on 18th March and today is 2nd April and no sign of any delivery. Have called and emailed on numerous occasions with no reply and no answering of the phone. When I track my order on the web site it says the order cant be found!??.Such shame and disgrace that you steal money from your Muslim brothers and sisters ( and of course from any customer )

this is the first time I order from you and you let me and my family down

I wish I could give a ZERO star to this store,
I placed my order on 17th of March and spent £251,today is 1st of April and I still haven’t received my order neither they answering the calls or emails .

I ordered over £300 worth of meat and poultry to split between 5 families. They delivered the items 3 days late, however this was not the main concern.

The mutton was mainly made up of fat and by the time I had cut the fat off there was hardly any meat. However this was not the main concern.

The mince was mainly bone and my 8 year old son choked on the kebabs we made, my sister in law had thrown her mince portion away as she could not feed it two her 18 month old son and my mother in law cooked her portion but this went to waste due to the amount of bones found the mince. However this was not the main concern.

We ordered 32 whole chickens between 5 families. Only 8 was delivered. We have spilt the 8 between 5 families and left my mother in law with 3 as she is elderly and unable to get out. I have called and emailed Haji Baba a number of times and they haven't got back to me. I have been very patient and my calls were of an understanding nature as has been my emails. There is over £120 worth of goods missing and they haven't acknowledged this. It's daylight robbery.

I've never had any issues from the outlet in Asda. I only ordered online because I accidentally called the main wholesaler whilst I was trying to get through to Asda. The man who answered the phone directed me to their website and told me to order online.

I AM ADVISING EVERYONE TO PLEASE AVOID ONLINE ORDERS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND IT WILL RESULT IN FINANCIAL LOSS AND A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS.

I ordered meat on Wednesday night meaning it should have been delivered by Friday.

However due to delays and a backlog of orders it has been delivered this afternoon. Delivery driver dropped it off and disappeared and the meat is not cold and smells very bad so has clearly gone off.

It only had one cool pack in it which are melted. So I cannot accept this.

I have been calling them since friday and nobody is picking up. The line is busy some of the time so clearly in use.

Also not all of the items I ordered have been delivered. So that is another thing.

I have also emailed them and no response as yet.

Really poor service as there is no way to get in contact with them.
