The shoes didn’t fit, so I requested a return
It took over two weeks to get a reply after four emails and after another week I still didn’t have a return address so apart from the product being awful the service is even worse. I very much doubt I will get my refund.

Absolute SCAM - Shoes were made by a kindergarten so poor, they are not a QLD company, they are from China, it cost me $90 for the shoes that are not wearable they are so poorly made. I tried on the shoe on and the zipper got stuck, and I couldn't even get it off.. If I could have given them a 0 I would have.

It took weeks and weeks for my parcel to arrive and nowhere during the process was I provided with a tracking number which made me suspect. Advertised as a "coat" when in fact it is a lightweight blazer at best. The real icing was that after weeks and weeks the blazer/jacket arrives without one single tag in it, no size, no fabric description so this is in all likelihood a scam and crappy clothes being made on demand out of China hence the long, long delivery time and no tags no tracing ability. Live and learn and do your homework so many bad apples out there.

Unfortunately, the reviews came out after I purchased from Hazelandivy. The jumpers I received were a very poor substiitute to what I expected. They were NOT the quality promised, 2 were made of acrylic and 2 were polyester with a screen print of a knitted jumper.
After many emails I returned the jumpers to the address they provided at my expense, I am still waiting on a response.

The item I received was fraudulent. It looked nothing like their photos. Sizing is also problematic.
They are terrible! Don't buy from them. They offered 30% off my next order, I said, there won't be a next time! They don't cover shipping, even though the product is crap! It was meant to be a hand knitted woollen jumper. What I received was machine made, & totally acrylic if you purchased through PayPal, they will help. I have H & I address in China if anybody would like it.

I can't give it zero, so it had to be 1.
It is a scam website. I still haven't had my $99. refund despite returning the item.
Emailing the company is an invitation to further muck you around.
I wouldn't even buy a jumper for my cat from this site; they're horrible.

Do Not Order from this Company!! I wish I looked at the reviews before buying. I ordered a merino jumper for $90 (australian)- the product that came was a cheaply made polyester jacket' not knitted, made in China.
On complaining & asking for a refund- I git this reply -
If you want to return the goods due to personal reasons, you must pay for the shipping cost of returning the package to our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in Hangzhou, China, and the shipping time is long and the shipping cost is expensive. We will refund you only after we receive the package and check that the goods are correct.

This company purports to be an Australian based company owned by a mother and daughter. It talks of hand knitted pure merino goods/jumpers and you pay top dollar. The garments are made in china from cheap polyester. I wanted to return them for a refund but hence no address.They answer emails for a while and have a 30 days money back guarantee but they don’t refund and stop answering emails. It is a total scam designed to pull on heartstrings.

Ordered a dress from company called Hazel and Ivy.
( Vancouver?) who claim to be a family run clothing business “ A mother and daughter’s dream “ , however, business appears to be a SCAM . After more than a month I have not received the dress . When I contacted company. email replies are apologetic and tell you they are trying to track down package . The tracking info is fake . I have now demanded a refund but don’t expect to receive one . There are numerous reviews on FB and TP from buyers with similar experiences . Customers either receive poorly made, shoddy merchandise, items they didn’t order or no merchandise at all. I plan to contact VISA to file a complaint .

I ordered a handknitted Shetland jersey and instead got a blurry printed long sleeve tee shirt. The advertising is b-s. Mother may have health issues but no excuse to rip people off. Picture of item and description are completely different from what I received. So annoyed I didn’t check here first!

the sweater advertised on instagram was not as advertised, it was 100% polyester, not a "blend" as advertised. it was certainly not worth the money. they are not honouring their 30 day return policy if not satisfied. i have sent more than 4 emails to their support email address, which seems to be different every time and there has been no reply. (it is recommended to contact them by email when seeking a refund, before mailing the item - to what address? - the one in china on the plastic bag parcel? its a totally fraudulent scam. interestingly when you try to pay, it just comes up as a 'shop' site, and there is no paypal option. i searched on the shop website to see if they could be held accountable for hosting fraudulent sales sites, but there were no contact details for them to be found. i always pay by paypal where possible as they have made good payments to scam companies in the past, but i should have been warned when no paypal alternative came up. shop should evaluate their liability in hosting these scam sites. i will not use them again, either if that is the only way to pay.

Absolute SCAM - product is 100% synthetic and despite what is said in their refund policy they do not provide a return address and do not intend to refund. They also do not respond to the support email address provided.

SCAM product from China, not merino wool. Ordered a merino wool cardigan got a polyester top with a screen printed knitted pattern. When I complained they offered a full refund if I paid for postage to return the item to China but would only pay once they received it, (item not worth the value of postage and do not trust that I would receive any refund)

Scam - made in China from man-made fibres using machines. Low quality - not sustainable

Part 2 - asked for a cancellation for the 2nd parcel citing poor quality - received a half-hearted response saying too difficult and promising a 10% refund. Now - my 2nd parcel has gone missing

Scam! I received 'knit print' cheap items that aren't knitted and made from cheap fabric

SCAM. should be zero stars. Leather jackets are not leather but cheap chinese polyester rip offs. pretending to be an aussie store closing down, they are just another asian scammer.

This is a scam. They use the details from an Australian business that has closed down. They use their photos and words. The jumpers are NOT handmade from natural fibres but are cheap acrylic rip offs, labelled made in China and from acrylic. I demand my money back

Ordered two jumpers. In both cases the colours were not the same as they appeared in the online photos. Also, they are 100 percent polyester, not a natural fibre blend as advertised! So, a clear case of false advertising. Also, as they were 'on sale' they are not returnable. Made in China, with no local telephone contact. Avoid this company!

SCAM. Pretending to be an Australian company but it is not - no ABN listed on the website either. They have multiple websites with the same scam. The products on their site are stolen images from creators on Ravelry and Etsy. They are nothing but thieves. Don't believe anything they say in response to this.

This is a scam site pretending to be closing down. There is no address in Australia and the ASIC register shows Hazel and Ivy as an investment trust - not a knitwear company. No director information is given.

You may get the garments you order, but they're not made in Australia.
