They do not deserve a STAR. If you want to live long without hypertension avoid this company. The rude lot of them are unprofessional. Lived in a property through them, had my fence collapse and sit on the floor for 6 months. They dont pick up or return calls. They act like they are doing you favours. They lie through their teeth. They truly are scum. I beg you, if you ever see them signposted on any property run as fast as your legs can carry you. I promise you your regrets start instantly.You’re better off being homeless than to rent through this terrible company. Utterly shameless. I hope they’re out of business soon. Run Run Run Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simon always goes above and beyond to help! We have been dealing with him regarding our house that we have rented out for over two years now and he’s been amazing!

The purchase to completion was 2 months longer than anticipated but not due to our estate agent Lola, she is very friendly and honest about what is going on. We felt that we could ring or pop in to see her and she was up to date with progress. We currently rent a property through Haybrooks. We gave notice to terminate tenancy and leased with Haybrook Sales team to assist landlord sale of property.
All agents were polite, respectful, helpful, gave good notice for any visits required and responded to any enquires swiftly

Although I had some issues and slow responses initially on my account. Tom Aspinall quickly picked up my queries, responded timely and provided solutions and clarity. His customer focus is great and I hope he continues to work on my account.

Annette the manager at Haybrooks Hillsborough is an absolute credit to the company, she has gone above and beyond numerous times throughout this process to get us though our property purchase. I couldn’t recommend her enough and we couldn’t of done it without her!
