Returned a pair of Frontier FDx binoculars with an internal optical problem, 5 years after purchase. Superb service under guarantee, with very quick turnaround - as good as Svarowski or Zeiss and quicker!
Very helpful customer communications and staff.

I don't usually write reviews unless something has been outstanding and the service received from Hawke Optics was just that. We had an issue with our binoculars and so sent them back. Within three days a new pair had arrived. Amazing customer service. Something that is becoming increasingly rare.

My Hawke binos needed recalibrating after developing a problem where I couldn't get both barrels in focus despite full diopter adjustment. Contacted Hawke to see if they could help. Was given an authorisation number and posted them the following day. Three days later they were delivered back to me, serviced foc and working perfectly.
Exceptional comms and customer service!

​I bought the Hawke Endurance 8x42s based on their reputation, but quality control seems lacking.

The first pair had a gritty, stiff right eyecup. The replacement pair broke within 1 hour when a plastic piece came unravelled inside the eyecup groove.

​Hawke support i felt, fell short. With two identical faults in a week, there's clearly a batch issue here. I would have much preffered an invetigation into why this was happening.

Accidentally damaged our scope. Sent it back to hawke who repaired and sent back within 3 days. Excellent customer service, thank you.

I had a pair of Binolulars that had develop a fault (Out of collimation). I had the binoculars for about 5 years and always looked after them.

I contacted Hawke to see whether I was covered by a warrenty as I has purchased via a well known on-line retailer and wasn't sure whether this was classed as a "recognised stockist".

Any way, a long story short, I was told very promptly by email that I was "covered"...... I sent of my Binoculars the next day (a Wednesday), I recieved an email on the following Monday informing me that my Binoculars had been inspected and a fault found and a replacement pair would be sent out. These were with me the next day. All in all from start to finish less that one week.

I would rather not have had an issue in the first place but customer service was excellent!

Doing a good job. Working for me as predicted. I’m getting to know it in close bird observation, and gauging distance to a sailing marker buoy. Checking it on a golf course. 😜. My only disappointment was no brand new battery was supplied but this is an expendable item.

The optics in the scope became faulty. I sent an email to them and within 5mins I had a response with return instructions. Within a week they sent a new scope to me. Without a doubt they provided the best customer care I have experienced in a long time.
All questions answered, no quibble with proof of receipt. Thank you Hawke optics.

I still can’t quite believe this. I sent off my scope for repair on Wednesday afternoon, Heidi from Hawke emailed me on Thursday morning to say she had fixed it, it was returned at 8.00am on Friday. Outstanding.

I had a problem with windage adjustment. The support team guided me through warranty steps very well. The respond time and professionalism was superb. Finally I have received the replacement product and all of that took lest than a week.

I have a monocular from Hawke and lost an end cap. I sent them an email enquiry and received a reply the next day with a link and also a code to get free shipping. I ordered the end cap and had it the following day. This is excellent service.

This company is probably the best I have ever dealt with.. had a small issue with a 3 year old pair of binoculars, asked them what I needed to do to get them repaired.. they received them Friday 4.30pm, acknowledged receipt, notified me Monday what the fault was, notified me again to say they had repaired, and then sent them back to me by the Tuesday.. and all under their Lifetime Warrantee.. I don't see how they could be any better.. at least 10 Stars !! thank you.

Super response to replacement part for my binoculars. Trust these people - lifetime guarentee is a real thing!

My Hawke binoculars broke after I dropped them 3 years after purchasing. I contacted them and they replaced them with a brand new replacement. Amazing quick service and I am absolutely delighted. Thank you.

I recently bought an air-rifle after a long time away from the sport, along with a Hawke scope.Totally overwhelmed with the quality of the scope, so I researched Hawke binoculars….. bought some Endurance ED 12x50… they are amazing … really amazing.
One step further, bought a range finder, equally amazed.
Thank you Hawke for producing absolutely brilliant optics, and showcasing that we British can make some superb stuff.. will absolutely definitely recommend…

I bought a spotting scope 10 years ago which recently developed a loose eyepiece. I contacted Hawke, provided proof of purchase and sent it off to them on a Saturday morning. I received my repaired scope by the next Wednesday and all I had to pay for was my postage to Hawke. I am delighted with this service.

Contacted Hawke for help, asked me to return the scope, looked into it and responded the day it arrived - now that's customer service at its very best.

I had a small problem with my binoculars. I contacted Hawke and sent them back for repair on Wednesday this week. Today Friday they have just been returned to me. Excellent service I would highly recommend this company.
