Getting through to your support staff in Delhi is next to impossible. Watsapp msgs are not replied to for days ,till then you loose the deals 🙄. Earlier deliveries were early and on time ,this time I received my order after 10 weeks.No emails where can write or ask for help ,no tracker of your product delivery. You need to tighten your shoes and employees very upsetting this time .

Stay away do not order.. a basic tracking is not available on the order
After waiting for months.. I am now done.. inspite of constant reminders and follow ups, I still don't have my order. I was promised a refund but no sign of that either

lousy and useless company, tired of running behind them for a exact delivery date... extremely irresponsible..
Been waiting for over 2 months after paying extra for quick delivery.

I am never going to order again from haute24. Worst Site ever... The sales people are completely fraud... They do not pick up the call only or respond on whatsapp after taking the order and I get a message saying the order is not available... Very bad service.

The customer service Horrible. Terrible I tell you. I'm really very disappointed.
My order was delayed for over 3 months and after that I received a call from them saying that it's not available. Just unbelievable.
Really Terrible Experience. Would recomend to just stick to Darveys or Tata Cliq. Haute24 is a scam. They just take the money and go unresponsive after that.
