Very impressed with this Company. Easy to order the tests, fast email confirmation provided and delivery of tests to home. Easy to register tests and find results. Tests easy to use, all in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Have lost couple of nerve cells with this company.
27.06 I ordered day 2 kit though their site for 28.06, got the reference number for travel to UK. 28.06 I haven’t got the kit. 29.06 I started to contact components about that. Firstly I wrote through their contact form as they do not provide contact number at their site and got an answer that my order has been canceled. Somehow I managed to get their number. We had several talks though 2 days at the end of every conversation they convince me that in spite of somehow my order haven’t been paid they send me kit and I just need to check with my bank. When in two next days I didn’t receive it I called again. They tried to convince me that in Royal Mail tracking system I already had it, but they didn’t want to tell me track number for me to check it by myself. During this very long conversation I got from them email for paypall transfer and only after all that they have send me kit. This unprofessionalism and confusion could cost me big fine

I was pleasantly surprised to see that off road parking was available while I waited my turn to submit my sample for test. The results were available well within in the projected 3 to 6 hour window promised for an emergency test. The extra £25 was money well spent for me.

Delivery fast, results very fast, next day as promised i had the result and the update straight to my email. I am very happy and consider myself lucky to choose them. Excellent service
Was a bit apprehensive with the set up being as its a metal unit with just a sign but as It had been recommended I went ahead with booking it.
The gentleman doing the test was very professional made sure he had the correct information so I could definitely receive my results as was traveling early hours the next day..
He down loaded my registration so I could log in to my results on the main site. He Told me between 18.00hrs and 23.59hrs I would have my results and true to his word at 18.15 my negative result certificate was ready to print off.
Couldn't fault it and best price around

Very quick and easy but I feel that these tests are generally too expensive and travellers are being exploited, especially as many of us are vaccinated. This is not limited to Hasu however, this is a UK wide problem. Hasu prices are better by comparison.
