Bought 3 +1 electric sofa from HARVEY…
Bought 3 +1 electric sofa from HARVEY NORMAN WATERFORD, with USB port for phone charging in Nov 2025. Delievered in Dec 2025 and complaint made that none of the USB is working. Took them 4 months to send an " engineer" to fix it, who fixed the usb but connect forward botton to close the sofa and backward botton to extend. " reversed wiring" as they called it. Then it took them another 6 weeks to replace the sofa and again USB not working on new one. Called manager again and he said " refund" or replace in June 2026. The price of same style sofa is not the same. So basically Harvey Norman Waterford is selling cheap sofa damaged products under " OFFER", and then force the clients to take refund and then to buy expensive products later when sale is over. Unprofessional service from them

Received great service from them
Received great service from them. Called in to buy a fridge and spoke with a lovely girl, can’t remember her name unfortunately but black hair and studying marketing. She got us sorted , the driver Rory delivered it and helped out our mother in law putting it into place. Very happy with this company

Went into the harvey norman store to purchase a phone and the salesperson that approached me was very quick her name was shamika she was extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable i was gonna buy a samsung but she sold me a redmi told me the camera is really good and the battery life was amazing and she did not lie the phone is brilliant she knew what she was talking about she genuinely deserves a raise well done shamika

Delivered on time . Put the seats together in the room I wanted . Took away all the packing . They two guys were so polite and friendly and gave great advice about where to position it in the room . Delighted with the purchase . Would definitely buy from them again

Two very sound lads delivered our couch, helped lift out the old one and put the new one in situ. They were friendly and unhurried despite the fact that one of them was trying to get home in time for his son’s confirmation.

I ordered cooker hood online
I ordered cooker hood online. It was out of stock so had to wait. HN constantly updated me on process. When delivered, I only received one of the two boxes. Upon contacting them, they rang me back within 25 mins and actually delivered the other box within 30 mins. Brilliant service.
