I ordered a soundbar for Xmas. The soundbar was not delivered as promised. However, Trevor went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He showed genuine concern and was unbelievably diligent and professional. He stuck at it until he fixed the issue. It’s rare to encounter such a positive experience and would like his manager to acknowledge his hard work. He would be an employee that any workplace would benefit from.

Ordered an item for collection and my item was really for collection within the hour. It was fast and simple.

Ordered online, click and collect. That went smoothly.
Unfortunately, I bought the wrong item, my fault. I returned the item with receipt but because I bought online I couldn't be refunded straight away. Was told it would be processed straight away and expect it in my bank in 2 to 3 working days. 7 days later, no refund. Contacted the shop, it hadn't been done. So it's now nearly two weeks since I returned and just got told it can take another 5 to 7 working days to get into my account. It's also Xmas time so banks are closed. It's a lot of money, so God only knows when I'll receive it back.

My item was broken

I dont think I have ever left a review on a store in my life, but just simply had to today. Specifically for Stephen in this store, Harvey Norman Tralee - amongst the christmas madness ( it was extremely busy and overwhelming as a shopper, I dont even want to imagine what its like to work through it). Never the less we were aproached so promptly by Stephen who just couldnt have assisted us anymore. Helpfully, politely and so full of knowledge on each product, he answered every single query we had with the best outcome, we went in unsure, and left so confident with excellent christmas finds and deals shared by stephen! We were so impressed by how he went over and beyond, we wanted to give him a little tip to show appreciation, of which he refused to take but told us to put it in the charity box for paliative care instead. Top class.

Brilliant service

I purchased a Ninja foodie possible cooker Black Friday weekend,Monday November 24th in Harvey Norman Tralee. It wasn't in stock but I was told it would be in during the week. I paid fully for it on the day of purchase.The lady Fern who sold me the product was lovely.

I rang Nov 28th,Dec 2nd,Dec 6th,Dec 8th,Dec 9th and Dec 15th looking to see if the slow cooker had come in and got fobbed off with it'll be here in the next few days and then the next few days and oh a big delivery of 20 will be arriving, so it'll be here again in the next week.

On Saturday Dec 20th, I decided to go in to Harvey Norman to look for my money back.I showed my receipt to a lovely gentleman Liam and was told it was marked as collected 2 days ago which it obviously wasnt! Anyway in the end Liam gave me the Slow cooker and he was bery nice to deal with.Again we received no call to say it was in and only that we called into Harvey Norman we may never have gotten it in time for Christmas.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend buying a product there Black Friday paying fully for it and having to wait 2 days short of a month for it and all the phonecalls that had to be made.

I had purchased an item as a gift and then realised it wasn’t the right thing and needed to replace. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging the exchange.

Harvey Norman are super competitive on pricing and have helpful pleasant knowledgeable staff!

Fast and efficient

The order was delayed and I queried online help regarding it. 5 mins after submitting a person from the Tralee store rang to explain what had happened and to apologise. Said it would be in a few days. When it arrived in, I got another phone call to tell me it was available for collection and their opening hours and to again apologise for the delay. When you understand what’s happening the delay is ok. Excellent customer service, which is becoming rare so thank you.

Just a flawless system. And great staff at the collection point. Its simple when it's done right.

I use the photo centre regularly. The staff running it are patient and very helpful . How ever I feel they are under pressure at times which is very unfair as some of the staff in other departments are not busy not their fault. I know they are not familiar with dept but they should step in to help on the till at least. I am not complaining but pointing out you could be making a lot more money if you look into this.

I was in today to buy a memory card for my camera. I was told by the sales associate that the only one that would fit into my camera was the 128GB for €50, or the 256GB for €90. I was really taken back, but I was told these were the only two that would work for my camera.

I left the store and returned a few minutes later. I spoke to another sales associate, and told him what his college had said. He looked at the camera as well, and said because it could only shoot in HD, the 128GB for €35 would be far more appropriate. He said that's all the storage I would need starting off. I walked out with that one.

I feel I was taken advantage of, as I mentioned I was just a beginner, and I didnt know what I needed. Im really disappointed on how I was treated. The fact that I almost walked out of a store with something thats 1/5 of what I get payed a week, that wouldn't have worked? Really bad business.
