I was selecting a new laptop and I went back on two separate occasions when I met Bhavna who was patient in answering all of my questions. Harvey Norman Naas staff handled the delivery of our new mattress and collection of our old one very professionally. We got plenty of notice in advance and the delivery arrived on time in the good-looking Harvey Norman van. The delivery guys were amazing, really helpful and very careful around furniture and doors.

I bought a Dyson fan which was faulty at purchase and sent to Dyson for repairs, but was damaged by DPD on returning it from the repair centre. Dyson have ignored me and I was unable to get a resolution, so contacted the store and Stephen was absolutley terrific.
