I used the click and collect service as I knew exactly what phone I wanted. It was ready within 2 hours and there was no delay at the checkout to pick up. I needed to get a case while I was there and the Apple staff member helped me without prompting.

I recently visited this shop to print some photos, but my experience at the photo centre was extremely disappointing. I spent around 20 minutes trying to connect my phone to their printing system, but I was unable to do so.I asked a staff member named Caleb for assistance; however, he was unhelpful and uncooperative and did not provide proper support to resolve the issue. The overall attitude and customer service were very poor.Due to this experience, I had to leave without printing anything. I had also considered purchasing a laptop and an iPhone 17 Pro Max from this shop, but because of the poor service at the photo centre, I decided not to proceed with any purchase. I then went to another retailer in parkway Currys and purchased everything there instead.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this store based on the service I received.

The customer service i got was second to none ,example the phone calls i received were prompt thanking me for my purchase and informing me about my delivery then calls from the delivery person letting me know the time of my delivery everything went like a very well oiled machine i would recommend you all to my friends.

I received my notification to pick up my item from the store after 32 days! But anyway I am happy as I just went to the store myself on next day and asked why I did not receive any email confirming that it is ready to pickup .. they just give out the TV to me and I go. I am happy of the product price they had for a TV I bought.

I had to print few pictures and I tried to connect my phone to the display but,I couldn’t connect it and I asked for the man that was working in the printing place for help and he didn’t bother to help, just giving me some indication that did not work. I spent about 1 hour trying to connect my phone and I end up leaving the place without printing any photos. So disappointing.

Was assured I was going to get a free active band for pre ordering a Fitbit air a week and a half in advance but never received one… My brother on the other hand ordered his 3 days before the release and he got his… I thought you would be rewarded for ordering earlier but clearly first come first served has no meaning here.

The delivery was good and the communication from the delivery lads was fine. However if the delivery included the removal of packing material the damaged sofa could have been returned there and then rather than having to contact the store once the wrapping had been removed by us.

Great experience! We went to buy camera for the bike and Lily took care of us. She is the loveliest, friendliest, most supportive assistant I have ever met. All questions answered, all our concerns addressed, loads of advice given. We bought what we needed and we had the most pleasant experience in the shop today. Lily is the best!
