I went there as I wanted to see/try out…
I went there as I wanted to see/try out a product before I bought it. The website stated it's on display in store here. It wasn't - when I noted this to a staff member she looked at me as I interrupted her having fun with her co-workers. To my note that they should update the website as it shows products that are not on display, she said 'yeah sure' and turned back to giggle with her friends. Good job Harvey Norman pays for staff to have fun. I bought the product, hopefully it won't be a bad surprise.

Krishna - helpful and understanding
We came into Harvey Norman in Blanchardstown on the hunt for a bed frame and mattress for our new house. Krishna helped us over 2 days to pick the best mattress within our budget while providing the interior details of the mattresses and if they’d be a good fit for us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind during our visit. Not just a typical salesman looking for a quick big sale. He listened to us and understood our wants to a tee - even down to delivery and assembly he was knowledgable. We would definitely recommend anyone to visit the store and to visit Krishna if they’re in a similar position. Thanks again Krishna. If there is some kind of rewards scheme or promotion available for Krishna we would definitely be pushing for this.

We had our table and chairs delivered and assembled to day by Leo and Martin. Great lads - had it done in no time , no fuss and took all took all the rubbish away . Excellent service from the lads and would definitely recommend to other people .
