Delivery of king size mattress
2 guys brought mattress into room and took wrapper off and even raised the headboard to suit new mattress.

A fab store and great product, but for us dealing with Davy made this a stand out buying experience. Down to earth, not too pushy but yet seemed to appear everytime we had a question! He did us a great deal and made everything so straightforward. After we ordered he kept in regular contact with updates, and even fixed an issue (my fault) at the very last minute when he really didn’t have to. Great service from Davy
My mother and I visited the Holywood Exchange store to purchase a sofa we had looked at on a previous occasion. We were assisted by Davy who handled our purchase professionally and with good humour. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the staff member who helped us when we first looked at the sofa, but we are always pleased with the service we receive when we visit and would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Our experience with Davy from belfast
Davy the assistant was first class from start to finish. Very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly and I would have no hesitation if I was thinking about buying anything else going back to see him.
