I cannot recommend Harvey Baker enough as a solicitor. Jonathan and his team were exceptional from start to finish on what ended up being an incredibly difficult purchase journey for us. We lost 2 houses to purchase, but the communication from the team was faultless in the entire process. Typically, solicitors can have a less than positive reputation, but I would use Harvey Baker again in a heart beat, and when we do eventually find out forever home we will be contacting Jonathan and his team again. The app they use is also really straight forward - it provides constant updates on where you are in the selling and purchase journey, what has been completed, what is left to come and also has a message section for easy communication back and forth.
