This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online vender. I ordered a suit jacket for $60 on October 3rd to wear to a conference. Online it says that they ship in 1-2 days. The jacket wasn't shipped until the 19th of October when I was leaving and needed to order another. Their communication was COMPLETELY unprofessional. They made excuses that they are a family owned company- were moving their warehouse and they said "I beg you please give us another week" when I asked to cancel and refund the order when it hadn't shipped out yet. They offered me a useless 15% discount and when I said please cancel and refund the order they said give them another week, which of course didn't solve any of my problems and THEN when I got back from the conference I received the suit jacket, not only was it the wrong size- WAY too large, it was the wrong style and the chepest fabric that I've ever seen. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I'm so disappointed and it looks like there are many others who are as well. I would give less than 1 star if I could. They are scamming you.

I loved the sweater on the model. Upon its arrival the sweater was squished into a plastic bag, full of wrinkles, no care tags or washing instructions. I’m very disappointed in what I received.

I have been waiting for one month for my item to ship. Customer service is not helpful and does not give an ETA for the delivery. They would not allow me to cancel my order although it has not yet shipped. I wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing.

Zero stars, actually. Clothes are beautiful in the Hartley Ridge pictures, but are very poor quality in reality. You cannot speak with a person which is frustrating when trying to get details on returning items. I spent $17.00 returning an item only to be told my return was 1 day late to get my money back. What a scam!

Do Not Order from this COMPANY!!! You will either not get your items or will not get them in a timely fashion. I ordered 2dresses for a special Event the beginning of September and it’s the end of October, still nothing has arrived!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased 3 items on 9/22. Today is 10/15 and only the label has been created. Their excuse is they’re a small boutique that just moved to a new warehouse so that’s the delay. It’s ridiculous. I’ve contacted customer service over 6 times via email asking them to cancel the order since they can’t get it to me in a timely fashion. They won’t honor my request. They just say the same thing over and over again. “We are doing our best to get your items shipped out” this is the last time I EVER purchase items made in Canada or China. I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll look them up in Trustpilot first. Always there have been significant horrible reviews about the company. Never again. It’s a scam. They won’t issue refund and never ship your items

I ordered a dress in two sizes with the intention of returning the one that didn't fit. When I asked for a way to return, I kept getting messages asking me to keep the dress and accept a small refund (15%-30%). I continually emailed their sales email address and finally was given an address to return one dress. I paid for USPS 3-Day mail and it was REFUSED by Hartley Ridge when USPS tried to deliver it to the address that was given to me. When I confronted them again, via email because the phone number listed doesn't work, they apologized and told me I could send it to a different address in another state. I never got my refund from them for a dress in a package that was never even opened. Their website states that they offer 30 days no hassle returns, but this is false, as I never was able to get it returned. Please do not order from this website. I wish I had not.

Run, run. Run!!!!! Do NOT order a single thing from this company!!! I have been trying to get answers about my order for 2 MONTHS and I keep getting robotic "excuse emails!!!" I have requested management, a refund and now filed fraud charges with my bank. Do NOT order from this company!! You will never get what you ordered and you will have to spend endless, unnecessary hours trying to fight for your money back!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAM! The company is based in China even though they have a US address on their website. The clothes will ship from China and they will not provide you with an estimated delivery date. I ordered from them for an event and not only will my clothes not arrive for the event but it might be delivered when I'm out of the country.

Ordered pair of sneakers. Just loved them. Keep them on seven days a week.
