I only have good things to say about my Harry Benmore mattress experience. From my initial enquiry through to delivery the entire process was seamless and most importantly I've got a really comfortable mattress that guarantees a good night's sleep. When I've been away I can't wait to get back to my own bed.

Harry was very helpful with advice when I wasn't sure which mattress to go for. I chose the king size hybrid. I'm a side sleeper and it supports in all the right places ensuring you wake up well rested with no aches anywhere.

I was kept updated about the progress of my order and delivery was on time (just 9 days from order to delivery) and there was no problem with taking away the old mattress and with no charge. The prices are excellent too compared to other mattresses of this quality on the market.

I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harry if you're looking for a high quality, very comfortable mattress at an affordable price. I certainly know where I'll be looking the next time I need a new mattress.

Brilliant experience. Harry was very easy to communicate with and order our mattress through. In store, there was no pressure to buy and he spent plenty of time talking us through the options. Delivery was smooth and the guys were very courteous. We're very happy with our purchase.

The mattress I ordered was for a guest bedroom. My guests say they slept really well on the new mattress. I personally haven't tried it yet, but when I need a new mattress for myself, I'll give the guest bedroom a try and probably order another one for myself.

I had been looking at mattresses on the internet and Harry Benmore Mattress Maker randomly popped up on Instagram. Harry's piece to camera seemed very open and honest and I liked his personal assurance that if a customer was not happy then a mattress it could be returned within 30 days which certainly takes the risk out of buying a mattress when you are not exactly sure what type you need. I had a few questions which Harry responded to personally. I then placed an order and the mattress was delivered to the first floor bedroom a week later. After a few days I realised that I had ordered the wrong mattress type. Another email to Harry. He was good to his word and agreed for the mattress to be returned. Because the quality of the original mattress was so good and the customer service had been so good so far, I wanted to stick with Harry so asked if it would be possible to try out other mattresses in the showroom. Of course Harry said yes, and fifteen days later the replacement mattress was delivered to the house and the original mattress taken away. I would recommend Harry Benmore Mattress Maker without hesitation. The quality is excellent and so is the customer service.

Great service, great mattress!

Harry was very responsive to all of my questions and the fact we could try the mattress out in a showroom was a dealbreaker v the other online companies.

Having tested a number of others in shops too, I can say the hydrid luxe mattress we eventually went for (superking/ zip & lock) was the most comfortable by a long way.

Would 10/10 recommend.

I saw Harry on Instagram and instantly loved the idea of being able to buy British. The whole process was easy. After an online chat we decided which mattress we wanted and placed an order. Our extension wasn’t quite ready for delivery so Harry held on to it and delivered it when we were ready, amazing service!
We ordered the gel topped mattress and it is so comfortable and has been from the first night. The mattress doesn’t move much when my partner or I turn over or get up so we both get a good nights sleep. We have now had the mattress almost 3 months and I love it! The best mattress I’ve ever purchased in my life worth saving the extra handmade to perfection. You’ll never sleep better than this again. Excellent service had to wait for the mattress to be made but hey at the end of the day it’s worth it. Harry is an excellent friendly guy. Delivery guys were clean and competent. the mattress supported me perfectly and seriously comfortable support for my poor back You can tell the quality of the mattress when it arrives beautifully stitched and well packaged this is good enough for royalty. I would never use anyone else again except this company. Don’t make mistakes elsewhere just do it :-)

I recently purchased the Silk & Cashmere mattress from Harry Benmore and could not be happier. This particular mattress is completely handmade and the quality shows. It is so beautiful to look at, I almost didn't want to put the bedding on it.

But if I hadn't, I wouldn't have had the best night's sleep I have had in years.

Harry himself is a very hands-on retailer and a great communicator. He ensured I was happy throughout the process, from sale to delivery.

The mattress is, to me, excellent value for money. If it lasts 10 years, it will work out to just a few pence each day for something I rely on for rest and relaxation.

From ordering the mattress, to receiving the mattress. The service has been amazing. Great communication from Harry throughout. Efficient delivery and all round great customer service. Harry arranged a time for the mattress to be delivered and also called prior to his arrival. On to the mattress- I ordered a king size mattress 5'0 cotton mattress. It fits mine and my partners needs, very firm and from the quality of the mattress, looks very durable and long lasting. Harry also took my two old mattresses which was great service on his behalf. So far, no problems with the mattress and having great nights sleep since. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Shopping from a local business and not co operate, brings the service to a better service with pride and care.

Buying a mattress is both important and confusing but Harry made it easy. He advised and we chose easily. we are now proud owners of a supering, link Alpaca mattress.

The price is excellent for the quality - and it is quality - beautifully made, substantial and supremely comfortable. Its like sleeping in a posh hotel every night :o)
