Jenni Ferguson (Partner, Corporate) was brilliant. Very clear and extremely knowledgeable guidance through what to us was a relatively complex process, with a compact schedule and some important decisions to be made along the way. Insisting on billing 8 hours despite us saying we wanted a REALLY simple contract.
When the contract came it was over 20 pages which we by ourselves reduced to 5.
We did not go back to the lawyer but they still managed to bill us for exactly 8 hours. A con. I am so disappointed with this law firm
