Harper Heights is marketing quality leather jackets but ships you cheap plastic ones. The jacket I ordered is not even close to the one on the website. The zippered pockets are on different angles from the website, there are no elbow patches, there is no button on the neck and there are no buckles on the back at the bottom

Harper Heights is a scam. (the website is very slick)
The company claims to have a location is Dover, but the address is on closer examination a local car MOT center, the two pair of Oxford Royal Brogue's I ordered, where shipped out of China and when they arrived, not made of luxurious leather with a signature red leather sol and metal toe cap, but rather smelly rubber. the phone number listed is out of service..,, hopefully Paypal will help resolve this situation

Got properly scammed buying the "Soldier Garden gnomes 2+1" package. Received them today and they measure roughly 2" in size. Looking at the pictures, they do look full-size but are the size of Happy Meal toys irl.

This is a Chinese company using tactics to scam customers! Be aware, the products that they post on their website looks very nice until you actually receive the product and start wondering if you purchased the product that you selected. The quality is very poor and in my case the shoe size purchased though stamped size 48, this turned out to be a size 43. There is no way to return it because it first of all took a month to arrive in the US and you cannot request to return and expect them to send you what you have bought because the whole thing is a scam!!!! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM "HARPER HEIGHTS"

This website is 100% real. It isn't a scam. They are obviously disgruntled customers. I bought the Madison backpack purse. It came with the chemical smell of the package like most things do. One day later the smell disappeared and my bag smelled like the leather it was made with. It's a perfect backpack purse I absolutely love it. The customer service was outstanding. When I contacted the company for a question a couple times because these reviews kinda worried me they got back to me within a day. The shipping was good. Arrived on time and delivered at the door. I was able to track it all the way here I'm very pleased!

Crap service. Manufacturer sent the wrong size shoes. If I want the correct size, I have to pay to return the wrong order to Belgium from U.S. I also highly recommend against using the SHOP app. It is worthless. Horrible tracking and status of order. Item was delivered weeks later and SHOP tracking does not work. Tracking numbers were incorrect also.

Not fit for purpose.
Bought a watch from this company. It is of worthless quality. Stopped working after 3-4 months and actually started running backwards. The item is simply not fit for purpose. Customer service suggested i take it to a repair shop (at my expense.) They refuse to honour the statuatory 2 year guarantee on all goods sold within the EU. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a branded shirt and it came unbranded. They initially expected me to return it at my expense! Now, nearly four months later, I still haven't had a replacement shirt or my money back. I just get bland, irritating replies (from a bot?).

Scam for sure
Scam for sure. My partner ordered a pair of dressshoes (discounted price was $99) which were described as genuine leather. As soon as we opened up a dodgy looking parcel (no shoebox at all), the smell of the synthtic material permeated the room.
We asked for a return, and they say we can return them at our own cost, which the post office told us the price to be $49 to return them to Belgium (the address they gave us to return them).
Never buy anything from this site.

Horrible company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you order something that doesn’t fit you have to send the return to Belgium which costs you around $200. Bought pants that cost $65 so I am not going to pay to ship back because I will lose money. What a scam!!! No one should buy from this company! Out $65- so dishonest!

Denne shop er fake. De laver ikke Callaway tøj som de ellers viser på siden. Det du modtager er en kopi - uden logo. Det ligner mere at det er Temu der ligger bag shoppen. Tøjet sendes fra Hong Kong.
