Andy Finkel provided a great support in selling my flat, which proved to be very difficult with the buyers solicitors closing down a few weeks before settlement. He kept me and all the parties informed and in the loop.

Howard Benjamin gave astute advice and managed to push through my lease extension efficiently. They were courteous and proactive and represented me well. My only concern was that they occasionally sent emails containing minor inaccuracies and did not always warn me of timescales-some payments/actions were sprung on me, while others were later than I expected. Better explanation of next steps and likely timescales would have helped.
