I ordered with express delivery (1-2 days). I live less than a 4hr drive from Manchester where the company is based yet the courier still hasn’t received the order and I have received no reply to an email asking about why the additional express payment has not led to express delivery.

This is hugely disappointing considering the review and support form trusted UK companies like the Guardian

Reading the reviews here I wonder if/when I will event get delivery.

Update - a day after I posted this feedback…

i assume an alert from trust pilot made difference (see below) efficiency of return and delivery was very prompt and much appreciated after this and I am very pleased with the quality and style of the product.

Excellent service once a response arrived so can’t fault that but… the fact that it took a complaint on a public forum to trigger and not my email or just delivering as advertised only bumps the score up to a 3 overall:
5/5 for the product
2/5 for the poor response to direct communication and initial delivery issue

Horrendous service. Ordered 2 desks, sent only 1 of them. Have tried 4 different ways to contact them and no response. Guess it will have to be a credit card charge back.

Oh - and the one that has arrived is VERY unstable!

Ordered 1month ago and still not received my order despite a promise it would be shipped by April 1st. Communication is shocking with multiple mails fobbing you off for another few days.

Scam company would not recommend to buy from them

Overall I'm not very impressed with this company. While the design is innovative and clever, I do think that these are overpriced. I ordered an oak desk, and first of all, the stain on it is awful. It is very yellow/orange, whereas on the website pictures it looks very neutral-toned, so they've obviously altered the colors on the Instagram and website. I hate orange wood, so I asked to exchange it for a walnut version, but I missed the cutoff date by a few days, and they still wouldn't let me. I've never had a company not give a few days grace period for an exchange, I think that is really poor customer service. All in all, I'm not happy with the product or the customer service, and the wood is definitely overpriced for the treatment of it. Not happy.

Don't buy this. It is very, very unstable. I did everything with customer service to have the base of the desk adjusted. But didn't help. that was the end of customer service. It is so unstable, that in the end the laptop fell off and broke. Cost me 1000 euros to buy a new one. So very, very disappointed and also the customer service doesn't believe it is unstable.

I put in an order. They took my money. I recieved no confirmation of anything. I have emailed and called 7 times. I still don't have an answer. I would not recommend this company based what I've witnessed

I am very dissatisfied for a number of reasons. First of all the finish is terrible. The wood is splintery, unfinished looking, and covered in dust. It's layers of chipboard/particle board. It looks cheap. When I use the mouse and I rest my arm the whole thing shifts forward and I'm afraid it will collapse. My box came with no assembly instructions or paperwork at all. I had to go to Youtube for an unboxing video to see how they assembled it. Even properly assembled, I can't use it without engaging my whole arm, because if I even rest it for a moment the whole thing shifts towards me. This is not at all what I was hoping for when making such an expensive purchase. Worst of all, their return process is no good. They are charging $20 for the return, if they even approve it. It is not an automatic process, they have yet to get back to me about it. I could be out over $200 for scrap pieces of plywood. Also, I tried to submit this review on their website and it did not get put up. They only allow positive reviews on their website. Sorry for the harshness. I was so excited about this purchase, and then terribly disappointed.

This is a fantastic product which has had a major positive impact on my overall health and productivity.

This design was exactly as advertised. A really excellent portable design which can be tailored to an individuals height. As long as it sits on a stable desk with a suitable footprint the slots give ample flexibility for different heights and collapses into a very transportable set of planks

I love my new stand up desk from Harmoni. It is nice looking, very adjustable and comfortable to use. Their service was exceptional.

Received my Oak sit and stand today. Not very heavy wood and poor quality. Shelves are not 100% stable as they bounce when you work. Very difficult to move slats up and down when your Mac is on top. Sending it back today. Very disappointing product. Ive bought three different style ones for the office where were half the price and they are heavy, sturdy and easy to use. Not worth the price tag im afriad.

Étant écrivaine, je passe toute ma journée à l'ordinateur et j'ai pu remarquer que je prenais de mauvaises habitudes posturales et que ma santé se dégradait car j'étais trop souvent en position assise.
Avec ce bureau, associé à la méthode Pomodoro, toutes les 30 mn je change de position sans même avoir besoin de déplacer les tablettes : lorsque je suis en position assise, j'ai mon clavier sur mon bureau fixe et l'ordinateur sur la tablette située au deuxième cran de mon "échelle" Harmoni, et lorsque je passe en position debout, je pose mon clavier sur cette tablette et mon ordinateur sur la tablette située face à mes yeux.
Il m'est aussi arrivé d'enchaîner plusieurs heures debout d'affilée, sans aucun problème.
Le bois est de très bonne qualité, l'assemblage très facile et le tout est vraiment plaisant à voir.
J'ai été livrée très rapidement et gratuitement comme il s'agissait de la période de lancement.
Je recommande chaleureusement ce produit.

This looked like a great idea in the ad, but it's not as well thought out as I had hoped. First of all, it's bigger than I expected. The base measures 15" x 13.5" (38 x 34.5 cm), so it didn't fit where I planned to put it, but I found a suitable place. And at its lowest setting, the keyboard level sits 6 inches (15.2 cm) above the desk height, which is too high for a keyboard when I'm sitting down, but the keyboard works fine underneath on my desktop. Overall, with the keyboard platform at its lowest setting, it takes up about 26" (66 cm) from front to back, and is 31¼" (79.4 cm) wide.

I plan to use it for both standing and sitting. (Standing wakes me up when I get sleepy after lunch, but my feet get sore within an hour.)

It's surprisingly sturdy when it's assembled. There are notches carved into the base board and both hanging shelves that keep things from slipping, so it never feels flimsy or cheap. Nothing jiggles in place.

The biggest problem is that when I have it set up for sitting, it tips over very easily, and I kept accidentally dumping my laptop on the floor! I have stabilized it by hanging a 2½ pound (~1kg) weight from the top hole. When I'm sitting, I put the heavier keyboard platform near the top, which also improves the balance.

It's more stable when I'm standing, but it's still not as stable as I would like, so I leave the weights in place.
The top platform sits 26¾" (68 cm) high at its highest position, which is higher than I need, so it will accommodate taller people easily.

I do like how easy it is to rearrange it when I need to switch, although it only works for a laptop. I wouldn't put an iMac or external monitor on it. (My external monitor stands next to it.) Now that I have it stabilized, it works for me as both a standing and sitting desk, although the weights I'm using look ridiculous.

I made an order 7 days ago with DHL 1-3 shipping and I still didn't receive it. I have contacted their Support team by e-mail 3 times already but so far no one has replied to me. I have been charged 269EUR already. Today I've sent another e-mail asking for a refund. Can someone advise if they were able to get the money back?? And how? Thank you.

I decided to purchase Harmoni Standing desk last year after reading the FAQ section and reading reviews.

Unfortnauntly, it has not been a great experience and sadly a waste of money that I couldn't really afford to waste.

While this item might be good for laptop users or those with a large work-space, I would not it recommend for monitor users or those without a secondary space to work as the desk takes up a lot of room if you need your desk for multiple uses like I do. As a desktop user, I have no other place to put I, so I have landed up still sitting anyway. Yes, it's storable, but I didn't buy it so I could store it away 90% of the time...especially as our small apartment doesn't have any storage space.

It also scratches easily so not really possible to resell to try to recoup some of what I had spent on it (proportionally to the number of times I've used it), and sadly that just means more waste of natural resources and money! Yes, I can donate it, but I am now still out of pocket and back at square one with regards to a standing solution that works for a small home-office space within a living area.

I have left two very similar reviews through Harmoni's site and neither has been "approved" - which makes me sceptical of the ethics of the company. Nothing I said was defamatory, simply advising those who have the same requirements as me that this is not suitable. I also had no response from their customer services when I first reached out to them.

I ordered the desk 3/10 based on the website promising immediate shipment. It’s 4/2 and no desk. They claim the desk was shipped but keep lying about the details and are unable to provide shipping information. Buyer beware!

I like your product because it is beautiful, fits well and does not take place. When I am done using it, I could store it.
