Unfortunately your parcel was confirmed lost in transit, which is a bloody frustrating situation all round. As soon as that was clear, we offered to resend a replacement straight away, but completely understood when you chose a refund instead.
We’re gutted you never got to try the watch properly, especially after wanting one for ages. If you ever decide to give us another crack down the track, reach out and ask for me directly — happy to look after you.

WORST customer service
WORST customer service, false advertising of dispatch & delivery times & then finally after getting my order they sent it without the extra Leather Band that I paid for. They advertise as an “Australian” company but this is absolute crap! The entire experience has been stressful & very frustrating. I heard they are a drop ship company that bring these in from Asia & uo the prices but then advertise them as “on sale” & I wanted to believe that wasn’t the case. But after what I’ve experienced I most definitely believe it. Now to wait another week for a reply acknowledging that they did not send the leather band & then wait another week after that to receive it. So much for a Christmas present! Save your money & shop elsewhere!

If your leather band was missing from the parcel, that’s absolutely something we need to fix properly. We don’t intentionally leave paid items out of orders, and I’d like to personally review what happened with your shipment and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Good but not great
I have the Foreman model. Although it is comfortable and seems pretty rugged it does have issues.
It is impossible to see in direct sunlight and the analogue hands cover the digital time with the small and big hands when they cross. Its a poor layout really.
Apps are featureless and mostly don't work properly.
New models maybe better.

Please don’t waste your money
Piece of shit I purchased one for my husband 2 weeks ago doesn’t connect to Bluetooth battery doesn’t hold doesn’t receive all apps. You can receive messages but can’t reply. Please don’t waste your money a little disappointed as they advertised a very sturdy watch my mistake all next time read reviews before I purchase anything.

Not impressed
I bought a original hardhat watch less than 12 months ago and it stopped working a couple of months ago I was told because I used it in a swimming pool but give hard hat there due they replaced it FOC. I have used the new one for about 3 weeks now. Charged it twice and now it won’t charge up. Not impressed at all. (By the way. This one hasn’t even seen water)

The most overpriced repackaged Chinese watch
I bought this watch for $130AUD thinking I got a good deal from their "promotion". On their website, they claimed to offer a "90-day money-back guarantee" so I thought I had the peace of mind to return should there be any problems.
The first red flag I noticed was that you couldn't find the brand anywhere on the watch itself.
The second red flag was that when connected to my phone via Bluetooth, the name appeared as C20_Pro instead of the brand Hard Hat.
One of the advertised feature was that battery lasts 1-2 weeks in a single charge. However, within just a week of usage, the watch turned itself off even though there was still 40% left. Then after fully charging it, the battery drained abnormally fast from 100% to around 70% within a few hours and then to around 30% all within one day.
I asked for a refund 5 times, each time the request was dodged by a person with a single designated name "Mick" with the title Hard Hat Support Team. Extremely sketchy.
I later found out that C20 Pro is not a product of a single, major brand but rather a generic smartwatch model made in China, which costs $59.99AUD on Amazon or about $35AUD on AliExpress. If you Google C20 Pro it looks exactly the "Hard Hat Smart Watch" advertised on their website. Talk about a huge profit margin. Feeling totally scammed.

Brought 2 watches both stopped working with in days of each other
Brought 2 watches and 2 bands. Bands did not arrive with the watches as shipped directly from manufacturers in China, cheap and nasty bands.
First watch did not charge, was offered a replacement. Within 24 hrs the second watch stopped charging and would not turn back on.
DO NOT BUY. CHEAP nasty watches that do not charge or turn on.

Not so cheap rubbish!
I bought this as I work in the oil industry and fell for the marketing hype about it being indestructible.
One of the securing screws fell out before I had left the house never mind get to the harsh environment. The side buttons work when they feel like it and half the menus have disappeared.
I asked customer services for an alternate model but was refused,
But here’s a discount code if you want to buy a different model or we can replace it for the same model.
The interface is clunky, the software doesn’t talk to Myfitness pal or other similar trackers
I cannot recommend this watch unfortunately.

I bought a Hard Hat smart watch and it lasted less than 5 hours
I bought a Hard Hat smart watch and it failed within hours. Despite their claim of being "Australian smart watches made to last," mine stopped working immediately after getting it wet, i had it for less than 5 hours. I reached out to customer support and requested a replacement or refund but received no reply. I previously owned a Hard Hat watch that lasted years, i was extremely happy with it. so this experience is disappointing. If you value reliability, be cautious — the marketing doesn’t match the reality.

Me and my son both have Hard Hat Watches and we absolutely love them. The quality is solid, they feel well made, and they’re comfortable enough to wear every day. It’s been really special sharing the same watch with my son — it’s something we both genuinely enjoy wearing.

Shocking service. Order 28/11/25. took 1 week for any tracking, only to sit in Australia for another 5 days. Thinking plane to New Zealand ditched in Tasman Sea. No tracking. Keep coming up with excuses. Best be the best bloody watch in world.
