My experience was positive from beginning to end. The process was simple to follow, the communication was excellent, and they provided target dates and delivered on them. The rate I was given was a fair one. I love that the lender is a non-profit with a mission to help folks struggling with debt . They called after everything was disbursed to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

We're in an era of enormous change, with the internet, social media, and products that try to scam you out of your hard-earned money. The process was very easy, issue I had was cost was misleading, I understand companies need to make money. I am not opposed to it, I would had preferred to know beforehand this way it would've helped with requesting a different amount to cover what I was meaning to cover

What made the experience great was the turn around time. Funds were dispersed as said and it's easy for payments to be made. I would like to have a payment account I can see and where to make additional payments of the loan amount.

Now, what really surprised me was the customer support. Life happens and I got caught in layoffs. It was completely unexpected but put a huge strain on my cash flow.

Their insurance claim process covered 3 month with proper documentation during these tough times as the job market was not in my favor. I was able to pause for 2 months as I got a job to create some buffer and got back on track.

I highly recommend their loan services.

The most incompetent loan company I have ever dealt with. I jumped through hoops for three days with these individuals, providing every piece of documentation requested, including pay stubs, two tax forms, and bank statements with direct deposits from payroll highlighted. Yet, I was denied due to "cannot verify income." I have never had an income verification issue or any other issue with other loan companies I've used. A complete clown show.
