Jacked up the price refused to cancel order even though I made the request minutes after I discovered they had ripped me off
Total scam

I received the order exactly how it was shown and in a very resonable amount of time. I thought handmade by veterens meant that these were made in the USA. That is not the case in that the shipment had to go through customs. That was misleading. The shirts are not meant for tucking into my trousers either being short to the waist. I prefer a tucked shirt so I was disappointed with that.

They call it made by veterans to draw you in; then the first shipment says comming from Italy and gets ;lost in the suffel then they resend it coming from China so what veterans are making these. Doesnt math product shown; very poor quality and wrong sizing even when their tags say the size ordered there smaller; over priced also and they give you the run around with NO 100% satisfaction, your stuck with what you get and your out of the money you paid them. BIG RIP OFF

Items do not match the description. Overpriced for the quality. Sizes are incorrect. Took forever to ship my items. I purchase a jacket and a shirt. I will never buy from them again.

This company is a total SCAM. They take your money then send tracking updates that are not real. I never received the product. The tracking info they provided showed that the item was delivered the same day it hit US customs. When contacted they continue to say to check with neighbors and the post office. The post office can’t verify any type of delivery because the tracking number is not legitimate. When looking at some of the “false” positive reviews, you see that they all say their items came from different countries. Paris, Italy, and mine said Ireland. Thank God the credit card company, after review of all the info I provided, refunded the money and noted the scam in my record.
DON’T order from this company !

Would like to put -100 stars!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! Can only email and no customer service phone. Never received order. Every email has different tracking numbers that match nothing. Sent tracking and then a delivery notice with a date, that occurs PRIOR to the tracking numbers and claims of Out For Delivery. Demands for refund go unanswered.

The products are not what was advertised. Support offered to send me 8 usd for an 80 dollar sale. What a joke. Going to get it taken off my credit card for being a scam. Im going back to buying clothes local

My order never arrived. When I tried to go to their support web site it just takes you to their home page. I believe that I have been ripped off. What a scam.

They are getting one star because 0 is not an option. It’s a HUGE scam!! They won’t issue a refund or accept a return. Horrible quality, terrible service and don’t deliver on time or what you think you’re getting! They are not sweaters or sweatshirts. Don’t fall for this scam! Not made in USA!

I bought a DD214 coat, In the pictures it looked like a quality coat. When the coat arrived, the fit was not as expected, the sleeves were too long for a "large size" & the collar was gap was too large even when buttoned up all the way.
The ad states that their products are made by veterans, but the coat was shipped thru Spain. No country of origin tag, so I suspect this is another slick advertisement for knockoff cheap products from china
