Awful and deceptive company. My experience was as an employee. As an esthetician I can tell you you are better off staying home and washing your face based on the products they use. They advertise a high end skin care line for their facials but instruct estheticians to use the lowest quality products. Extremely high turnover rate for employment: (read: red flag). They want you to be a pushy sales person when you go to the spa and just want to relax.

I’ve had a membership since last year the middle of the year I have yet to use one monthly service out of my membership. I am extremely busy and found a hard time to get there I let them continue to take out the funds so I figured when I do have time I would have them built up.

Things got worse I never got the time so I called 4 months in a row to pause the membership! Each time I spoke to someone they Insisted it would be done and I would not be charged again. I have been charged every month since and had to call to argue the charge and to take it off my card. As of today I’m still doing this to put a freeze on it but now I’m just canceling it.

I then gifted one to one of my friends for their birthday & in turn He had a 9 o’clock appointment he waited in the waiting room over 15 minutes mind you the massage is only 55 minutes. A woman came out put him in the room and he sat there another 10 minutes!! Maybe 12 told him to get on changed and she would be back mind you it’s the end of the night so they’re trying to get out of there!! He then told me he got maybe a 16 minute massage and she left the room for him to get dressed he was so disgusted with the appointment and I was more embarrassed for gifting it to him! When he left they had their coats on and ready to lock the door and he tipped $25 which I told him he should not have tipped anything I plan on getting that money back to for the gift card! Terrible terrible terrible place in Philly!!

Worst place to sign up for a monthly account. Be aware charges come out of the blue. Watch your account for usage also.

I hate to give this place one star because I had a great previous experience on my birthday. However, my recent experience was frustrating to say the least. I booked an appointment (couples massage) in advance for the Sunday after Valentine's day as an extra gift to for my girlfriend, because last year I had to travel for work and my girlfriend and I spent Valentines Day apart. I booked it weeks in advance because I knew if I waited any longer it would probably be booked by the time I called. I was told by a gentleman on the phone that they had a few times available for Sunday, February 16th. He couldn't really give me any details about the massage such as the details of the actual massage, any accessories, etc. He just said I could come in and add anything additional to the massage, took my card number down along with my phone number so he could contact me if any issues came up or so he could text/call me as a reminder for my appointment. I booked it anyways because I didn't find that to be too much of a big deal. Here's where things took a wrong turn: he contacted my girlfriend INSTEAD of me, which ruined the surprise. Even though I informed him multiple times NOT to contact her because it was a surprise. To make matters worse, according to Nikki whom I spoke to on the phone, the gentleman on the phone was "in training" and "didn't notice" that Sunday was fully booked. I wasn't contacted back until today, and everywhere else is now booked. I'm not writing this to shame this location, but this is very frustrating. It also didn't help that when I tried to call back, (I was having signal issues on my phone) I spoke to a different person (Scott) and he didn't really seem to care that they inconvenienced me. This really screwed me over because not only is this surprise ruined, now, after making numerous calls to other locations and also other events, festivities, etc. are all booked now. I was really looking forward to becoming a member or reoccurring client at this location. That's obviously not happening anymore. Unacceptable.

Love this place! Very polite and professional staff. They do an amazing job! I feel like a newly born after each visit.
