I’ve looked into this and noticed that you placed your order on the 26th, during our Christmas closure. Officially, we resumed processing orders on the 4th of January, but we returned briefly on the 30th of December to handle any last-minute Christmas orders. This ensured deliveries arrived shortly after the New Year, which seems to be the case for your order being delivered on the 3rd before we officially started back.
It’s disappointing to see a one-star review, as we feel it doesn’t reflect the effort we made to communicate our closure dates clearly.
Our delivery page and the prominent banner on our website stated that we were closed from the 17th of December to the 4th of January.
We hope you’ll take this into consideration in the future to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

Delivery was quick but packaging of the item purchased (bath bomb hamper) was damaged and as it was meant as a gift I've had to repackage myself which was disappointing.
To be clear… the outer packaging was perfectly fine. The product was packed with damaged packaging it didn’t happen in transit.

Happy Halloween Hamper
Ordered Halloween Hamper for friend who is unwell, something for all with bottle of wine for mum and sweets for her kids! It arrived quickly and she was so delighted with it. I have to say there is nothing quite like getting a hamper delivered to your door and if unable to visit someone it is a great way of letting them know you are thinking of them. Many thanks.
