Communication not the best
ordered from Australia , arrived one day early and just left at the front door, no message or email was sent to the receiving party to advice delivery , well packed was smaller than I expected especially for the price

Wrong day delivery
Although the product was exactly as described, it was delivered a day early and there was no one home to receive it. Had it been a really hot day I'm sure the chocolate items would have been spoiled.

We are so sorry to hear your gift arrived a day early. While we dispatch our Monday orders on a Friday / Saturday specifically to arrive on Monday, our courier (DPD) occasionally delivers these parcels early over the weekend if their local drivers are ahead of schedule. We completely understand how frustrating it is when no one is home to receive a delivery, however we are pleased to hear it was delivered safely and that the hamper itself went down well. Please accept our apologies once again, and we sincerely hope this will not prevent you from returning to us in the future.
Website kept saying error before…
Website kept saying error before payment could be made. When payment was finally made, error came up again then website said all okay. How does one know if accepted or not? On delivery one of boxes had no note so they were clueless as to sender until I rang days later.

Every time before I got to the pay…
Every time before I got to the pay section the website said there was an error. When I eventually got past that to pay it told me there was an error even though payment went through according to website. So you don't know if it's successful or not. Also one of the deliveries had no note with it so they didn't know the sender.

Regarding the missing gift note on your delivery – I have checked the DPD drivers proof of delivery photo and it does show the gift card on the outside of the box, so I am pleased to say this was 100% included.
