We had a fabulous experience with hamlovers.com. The products were wonderful and a huge hit with all our friends. We are still enjoying delicious jamon serrano and I will be placing additional orders with regular occurrence!

Everyone should try the 5J once in their life! Full flavor, the fat just melts on your tongue and the taste. What can you say, OMG! Share with friends- I think NOT! I want it all for myself! You come home after a long day, slice off a few pieces, and drift back to Barcelona! Wonderful. And Hamlovers, quick to respond to questions and delivery was quick. Enjoying everyday!

I was very dissatisfied with every aspect of this transaction. My initial order was canceled and a second order scheduled. One day after that, I saw a special indicating the same order could get a free chorizo so I asked for that and was told, oh sorry, we've already shipped a SECOND order and you can't take advantage of this offer. Once we received the ham, it tasted TERRIBLE...nothing like the ham I knew and loved as a child who lived in Spain and also enjoyed through vacations as late as 2010. We watched the CD that came with it to tell us how to cut and store the ham and that was not helpful when the ham itself tasted terrible. Not sure of the curing or what is now added to the ham to allow it to be imported into the US but will never order again.

Have ordered two 5J hams from Hamlovers.com and had great service and great product both times.

You guys were fantastic. I was actually on line looking to make a purchase and hit a snag on the drop down menu for the shipping selcetion I needed. I placed the call to have someone tell me what I was doing wrong on-line and you immediately said no worries we will take your oder right now. Impressive, you took the time to take my order on the phone instead of having me return to the website and try again!
The ham arrived on time for my Holiday party as I requested, perfectly packaged, and wonderfully delicious in true "pata negra" fashion!
I will soon be making another purchase.

the jamón serrano arrived in no time and the quality matched the serrano ham from bars and restaurants in Spain. I will be a repeat customer. who doesn't love a good jamón?

The amount if meat in the ham lovers tapas package was plenty. No problems with shipping . The only thing was that by the time I got it the box was all mangled and crushed, made it look like it was packaged and shipped in an old shoebox.

My ham was excellent, delivered on time and was simple to order. I even emailed with questions about slicing the ham and got a response immediately.

The time I tried the ham was at a friend's house.i love it so much that I ordered one for my husband's birthday .I ordered the cheapest ham which costed $300 but it was all good.we are waiting for our second ham to arrive.

Finding hamlovers.com saved my life! I was deprived of jamon for nearly a year not able to find a good price or quality and stumbled upon them. Great value since it included the holder and knife. The quality of the jamon was the best I ever had, we ordered a small paleta and it lasted just over a month. Very tasty and a great value.

Josh and Guy helped me find the perfect Christmas present for my boyfriend who fell in love with jamón ibérico while living in Spain during college. They provided personalized and prompt customer service and shipped the jamón in no time. It thrilling to see his face when he opened his present on Christmas.

We ordered an expensive ham $250.00, shipment was fast ham was horrible. I called and spoke with with them about It, they said it happens once in a while but rare.Two days later I received a replacement ham, this time it was fantastic! I will order from them again.

Serrano ham is a pricey product in the US, so it is not something I will be buying repeatedly, but when I do, I would buy again from Hamlovers without hesitasion. Service and communication was fast, and the ham was nice. Hasta pronto !

There's a real mystique to Spanish ham that the US hasn't really caught on to yet. But for those in the know, there's nothing like it. I have looked high and low for a reasonably priced source for jamon bellota en the US and I finally found it through Hamlovers. The products offered are the highest quality and the service is fantastic. I almost hate to share the secret but these guys do a great job.

Customs held up my original order and there was no guarantee that I would have before Christmas. Josh offered to send a substitute so I will have something but I decided to gamble and unfortunately I lost. Again there was no timeframe when customs would release and I definitely wanted to have by New Years Eve. Josh's offer still stood and he overnighted a substitute and I received just in time. The holidays were great but made even more memorable with a slab of jamon on our kitchen table. Josh was amazing throughout the entire process and endured my constant emails with class and the utmost professionalism. No doubt I will be doing more business with him and his company in the near future. Oh, and the jamon was amazing.
