My earings I bought came promptly and I absolutely love them! I get at least 2 compliments a day on them.
Had an issue as I thought I was buying one earing and didn't realise it was a pair so ended up with 2 pairs which Halo kindly refunded and let me keep. They will make a nice gift for someone.

Don't know how this site has 4 stars tbh . I ordered my daughter skull hoops which turned up with one broken ( was very badly packaged) contacted them sent a video to show the problem was told they would immediately send out a replacement and send me details to send the broken pair back. I've only just been sent details to send broken pair back with a message as soon as they receive them they will then send a new pair out ! NOT what they originally said. I wouldn't mind this is supposed to be a present for the 17th March so not really happy. I've now decided on a refund because customer service is bad and tbh the standard of the earrings for what they cost is Ali express standard. Beware when ordering from this site, I certainly wouldn't recommend them . If you want cheap standard this is them . If you want quality then look somewhere else

Fantastic customer service
I purchased beautiful silver earrings from Halo's. I was absolutely delighted with them but unfortunately I lost one on when I wore them out. I emailed the company to suggest that there may possibly be an issue with catch. They responded promptly and sent me a replacement pair of earrings immediately. Exceptional customer service.

Never received my order
Never received my order . They refunded me the amount but lost the money for courier so very disappointed overall with everything. Was Xmas present which was a disaster. Never ever again to order from Halo's !!

Ordered 2 sets of 9ct gold earrings
Ordered 2 sets of 9ct gold earrings. Neither were gold. Had a small hallmark 3923. Not 375 which is 9ct gold. False advertising. Emailed and sent several messages with details including order number asking to return for a full refund...no reply. Kept a copy of all the evidence including the advert on their page for reference. Of course they will deny and send a condescending reply on here back. But will report the company for false advertising, if I do not get a formal response back. I would suggest, you don't take the risk dealing with Halos.
Further to your response - you can respond on Trustpilot but not direct to your customer support on a weekend! I cannot initiate a return as the items are earrings and your website wont let me. I did thoroughly examine the hallmark, this is why I know the earrings are not 9ct gold. The numbers I have shared are inscribed on your products.
I look forward to a prompt response from your customer services team on Monday!

• You sent us three messages on Saturday afternoon, starting at 14:23. Our customer service team typically works Monday to Friday and responds to all inquiries within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we were unable to respond on the same day due to our operating hours. We kindly ask for patience as we address inquiries in the order they are received.
• Regarding the hallmark, the earrings are indeed 9ct gold and bear the correct “375” hallmark. This hallmark is located on the thinner section of the earrings, which may make it harder to see. We recommend examining it closely, perhaps with a magnifying glass, to confirm.
• For your convenience, we have a dedicated returns process accessible via the “Returns” link at the bottom of our website’s homepage. This allows you to initiate a return quickly and easily.
