Harrison gave me a walkthrough on the halo website, we covered the company section, protool and portfolio, he was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful insights to understand the meanings of the terminology and charts which is what i was struggling with.

Harrison was very helpful. I was able to access Halo without any problem. I will look forward to working with him in the future.

I have been using Halo since August and find it to be extremely useful. My day is not complete if I do not use Halo and it is not uncommon for me to check Halo several times during the day. My Advisor Hanya has been extremely supportive in helping me understand the details within Halo. Hanya's prompt response to my queries has been a delight and her recommendations backed up with supporting data makes it easier for me to make trading decisions. Keep up the good work!

Been using Halo since the beginning of the year. It’s one of the best tool that drill down on each share where other tools don’t provide. Plus, the multiple 1:1 training that comes with it is awesome. Can have all your questions answered with screen sharing with an expert. I log on multiple times a day on my mobile to stay on top of the shares and use the browser version to research into companies. My advisor Logan does many of the recommendations as well so attacking it on both fronts. Loving Halo and totally recommend it if you want to stay on top of your investment! Vince

Halo VIP team have been very helpful in providing guidance and instructions in navigating the Halo app. Their monthly webinar is a valuable resource to pickup ideas and tips, and the team are always there to help you.

As a recent user of Halo, I am very impressed with it. Learning how to use it has been a bit challenging, but Halo provides access to a huge amount of current information making it an extremely useful tool. Training support from Tristan, Gareth and Maria has been great, otherwise I'd still be struggling to use it effectively. Share analysis and filtering is reasonably easy and very powerful with Halo, provided you have some training to learn how to use it effectively. Training is essential to get usable results to guide good investment decisions.

I have been a member of the HALO VIP club now for 18 months. During this time I have undertaken a number of trades with confidence because of the support that the HALO team provide.
The monthly webinars assist with indepth anaylisis of the market and these are always avaiable to review at your leisure to consolidate the ideas and the understanding of what is being taught.
The team is also only a phonecall away for any clarifications. I have used this service a couple of times and the dialogue has been informative.

Halo's a great analysing tool for the share market and share investing, it gives confidence and reduces risk involved when making investments.
It comes with training videos, notes and VIP one on one training enabling you to progress at a faster pace and achieve investing goals.

I hadn't used Halo for several months, and during that time the system was updated. When I tried to use the new system I couldn't find the familiar screens.
Tristan patiently reviewed my account settings and instructed me on the changes.

Dealing with Whitney is a blessing. She is very positive and responsive. Her knowledge is very good and she is accepting and positive when I have my 'senior' moments and need her to remind me. She is also good at making positive suggestions.

On a broader view the whole Halo Technology team are excellent. The tool/system is comprehensive and logical to use in conjunction with the education and training. Monthly VIP sessions are very informative and I love being able to access the vimeo so I can check up on topics covered.

Whitney has been quick to assist with any questions and follow up queries. The various webinars I have attended have been clearly presented and cover lots of information. A lot to take in when only new to HALO but the information will fall into place.

Tristan is a great communicator and I have gained in confidence as a result of the training sessions I've done with him. He patiently answers all my questions and is happy to go over anything that I don't get first time. It is personalised learning at your own pace, a great service!

Other bouquets: Gareth and Maria are now offering a monthly training seminar for their VIP clients .... great to see how the experts use the program!!!
Also continuous improvements keep rolling out: latest is to the phone app. MY early whinges about documentation are being addressed with ongoing development of a userguide and glossary.

Rival similar programs I use keep getting slower and slower ... but HALO is very very fast ... big portfolios load really quickly and appear to be resident on one's local machine so things run even faster after an inital load (unlike some other portfolio management programs that requiring long and longer waits!!!)

How about a user forum ... there was one in the v. early days but might be time to bring that idea back.

Also ... a big ask I know ... but for those who frequently buy in and sell out and wind up with multiple trades in a single stock: anyway of assigning specific buys to particular sales: just to help deal with the CGT, and dividend imputation issues?

It has been a long ride for me with HALO a stock analysis and portfolio management program that is written within a wide ranging financial services firm which continually updates improves & extends the scope of the program. Major improvements keep coming: eg extending coverage to world wide stock exchanges & allowing users to monitor & analyse different portfolios separately or in any combination. Halo offers a very wide range of reporting & tracking tools ranging from simple to complex & caters for both tyro & experienced investors. Halo is very fast to use & permits speedy & simple entry of information: with a lot of automation. The level of support from staff is excellent.

Excellent presentation for a software package that has so many different elements.

I really do appreciate the user seminars that you provide. I struggle to find my way around this suite of programs/data, it's not intuitive to me, but getting guidance from the VIP team is gradually making it more accessible for me

I am always amazed that new ways of using Halo come out of these sessions. Halo is so comprehensive that I cannot take it all in at once and these webinars always seem to show me little tricks and fruitful ways of better using Halo. This is beyond the value of the substance of each session which are good investment strategies.
