I cannot tell you how much I love my Qube greenhouse.

I bought two, one is at the front of the house and the other will go in the garden. I think they look really elegant and modern. Something to admire rather than simply being functional.

The design also allows for far more space than a conventional greenhouse.

I had the misfortune this week to find aphids on my banana plants so bought a greenhouse garlic smoke and was really impressed that none of the smoke escaped at all so know that it will not let cold air in and will keep my plants much warmer than the previous greenhouse did that was here when I bought the house.

The customer service is really excellent from Halls and they been incredibly helpful so I can highly recommend the company to you and will definitely continue to purchase from them.

Our new greenhouse arrived safe and sound and was built a week later by GBS. The greenhouse is perfect and the company that built it were excellent. Very happy, and delighted we used this company.

Just finished assembling my Popular greenhouse and are very pleased with quality of it especially as I got it on offer. We found it easy to assemble when finally fathomed out the instructions and went up in 2 days. It's a lot better then my previous Crittall one. Surprised that they don't have there name on it any where for publicity.

They made the buying a greenhouse for our oap complex easy and found them very helpful it arrived on time and dave put it up withgreat expertise very friendly and made our new greenhouse look stunning. Thanks to them best experience ever

wow , my 6x8 halls burford with the customer service was spot on very friendly and fast to reply to any querys i had , very sturdy frame with the staging making even stronger , beautiful green colour very nice on the eyes very roomy , its every thing i wanted in a green house thank you ,

I bought a Halls 10 x 8 Magnum greenhouse which was installed for me by Juliana’s recommended installer about a year ago.thrilled with it. One tempered glass pane shattered in the winter but was replaced with Rachel’s help. Recently a top window pane bolt sheared .. again Rachel came to the rescue provided replacement parts within days and John SCOTT a recommended installer sorted out the problem within a few days. Brilliant after sales service from all concerned. Many thanks.

Den mest elendige samlevejledning jeg har oplevet. Er uddannet arkitekt og har arbejdet med tegninger og tekniske tegninger i over 30 år og ALDRIG har jeg oplevet så dårlige tegninger og "vildledning".
"Vejledningen" består af små utydelige tegninger og referencenumre til delelementerne og INGEN tekst til at underbygge tegningerne. Der findes heller ikke video til at understøtte samling af drivhuset.
Mange af elementerne er ikke nummereret og flere er fejlnummereret og der er elementer der mangler, så jeg måtte vente op til en uge for at modtage de manglende elementer.
Jeg har brugt oceaner af tid på at samle elementerne til de fire facader, døre og vinduer - og flere gange har jeg siddet med lup i forsøg på at tyde tegningerne. Jeg frygter når jeg skal samle facader og tag.
Hvis ikke du ønsker et hysterisk anfald så hold dig LANGT væk fra dette drivhus.

I have given an Overall grading of 4 Stars because of the help and advice given to me on a number of occasions. I would have given Rachel FIVE STARS if it was possible. I must say that the leaflet explaining how to erect the framework was lacking in detail e.g. NO written advice or explanation. There were gaps in the section which explained on which parts to line with the rubber [Part 411] The actual Wall Greenhouse will look very good WHEN is is fully completed! Might I suggest that there should be MORE videos [and of a higher standard] to show how to fit some of the parts are fitted together.

Had a response to a query email within 10 minutes. Great service.

Having contacted this firm to find a part for a 20 year old greenhouse. I was amazed to not only find they had the part and could help,but how brilliant the service, communication and delivery was. Really deserved of a five star rating.

We bought the Cotswold Birdlip. It is stunning, well made and strong.
We fervently suggest that if you buy one, use their recommended installers - unless you are an experienced DIY enthusiast.

This is the mistake we made as we would have had to wait two months before an installer could book us in. So we used a local firm which was a disaster.
All the capping strips were installed back to front! We also had to disassemble and refit the doors.
We contacted the support team and spoke to Michael Butcher from technical support who was absolutely brilliant.
We sent photographs of the problem and he sent us a very detailed and comprehensive set of advice and instructions as to how to resolve the issue. We cannot thank Mike enough for his help.
This took us one day but the greenhouse is now perfect and full of plants. Thank you again Mike.

I have just purchased a Birdlip 4x6ft. greenhouse with staging. The build quality is excellent,its only taken several days with carefull assembly. One roof pain of glass was brocken but replaced within three days, its now installed and I have tomatoes and cucumbers growing inside it now. I am very pleased with the product and the service I have received. Thankyou

Quality product, super helpful customer service support who were able to steer us in the right direction when we got stuck. Instructions - terrible for novice diy'ers. The newer instructions email were better, with clearer images but still not much detail about which bolts to use ( 2 sizes provided, no mention of where the different ones were used) and some instructions not even referencing parts that were included in that section. Photograph's please and a video for the lean too greenhouse would be helpful.

I bought the Supreme 812. I was dismayed at the number of components, and how they fitted together. I was able to access extra instructions and videos thanks to Rachel Marsh, which helped me complete the assembly.

Our greenhouse is of good quality. It took our own d.i.y. installation a few days to complete but now all looking good. Thank you to Julianna Greenhouses/Halls Greenhouses for their very excellent service.
