Ordered my stuff on Tuesday to be told it would be delivered on Thursday half came on Thursday only to be told by thr driver that the other half would be first thing Friday morning nothing on Friday after emails to the manager at lunchtime was promised that the order would be filled by the end of the day . Nothing again phoned on Saturday morning no answer emailed first thing Monday to ask where it was yo be told they've no lorry as its being fixed not be able to get it out till Wednesday if they get lorry fixed absolutely disgraceful behaviour wouldn't use them again

They rung me on Friday said I was at work but to drive lorry down drive and drop by garage
No to much effort dropped on grass at entrance to house
Will never use this company again

From my experience, most ignorant people I’ve ever met from the first day in the yard the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and the delivery driver was even worse!! said he couldn’t lift the ton bag over my fence and just dumped it on the path outside my house! then I had to hand ball it all in after a days work because I couldn’t leave it there!, a friend of mine got stones delivered that day and there was no issue them lifting the bag over his fence,also complained that he spent 40 minutes looking for my address, I’d expect a phone call to say there on there way but no, absolutely shocking behaviour will never be back,!!!

Poor communication.
I ordered via click and collect and received my confirmation email telling me that I would be informed when it was ready for collection. I was not informed. When I rang some days later to query the order, Coleraine branch seemed surprised that I hadn’t called to collect the order and that they had no input to the online orders.

I placed an order on Tuesday night, but they never ordered the door only on Thursday. Also checked the stock before I ordered the door, it was not correct. They had none on stock.
I assume better a phone order or maybe a collection instead of delivery. 3-5 working days delivery + couple days what you need to count with.
