Really well made, functional shoes, high quality materials, durable. Might be expensive but they last for ages. I've had 3 versions and worn them to death over a period of 5 years.
My only criticism is the laces are the first things to go and I wish they would last longer! I've bought with my 3rd pair spare laces so I am already ready when the time comes.

Very comfortable shoes, long lasting as I'm on my feet all day. Well worth the money. The only little niggle is your feet get extremely warm as there doesn't seem to be a lot of ventilation, also the length of time they take to arrive. Good side I'd definitely purchase again every time

Ordered boots on Haix.co.uk website.
Took 3 weeks to arrive for which the company blamed the UK not being in the EU.
One of the boots was clearly constructed incorrectly, no quality control.
Asked to provide photos and proof of purchase, I ordered on their website, was communicating with them via email including the order number, however this was not enough for them apparently.
Four weeks after sending the boots back I get told the return will be processed and I have a credit note. I asked for a refund only for them to tell me a credit note is a refund!! I still don't have my money back and instead have had to use paypal to force refund.
Email is the only way to properly communicate with Haix....but they take 3 days to respond to each time.

They have some quality products, if you don't get sent something faulty. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them!

Something has gone wrong with Haix.
Had many pairs over the years but after it was discontinued had to switch.
The "replacement" was too tight so was returned but after 6 weeks and multiple emails still not had a refund.
I regret that I had not seen the other reviews before I purchased.

Bought UK size 10, Haix sell EU size 45 as UK size 10. Uk 10 is EU size 44. Had to drive 44 miles to order them, 44 miles to pick them up, and 44 miles to return them because they cant use a simple conversion chart and mis-label the boot sizes

These are very comfortable boots. NOT built to last. I loved these boots but they are too expensive to fall apart this fast literally. The heel cup disintegrated and there is only a one-year warranty, which is very disappointing.

I bought a pair of Blach Eagle Tactical GTX boots for work, the specifications of these boots, which were exactly what I was looking for. The problem is, as soon as I wore these in the rain, they leaked straight away: the worst thing that can happen when you need to rely on your kit.
To be frank, it should not have come as a surprise to me. I previously owned a couple of pairs of your C7 GTX shoes. The first pair also leaked, and had that replaced with another pair, thinking that it was just a fault of that particular pair. But the second pair leaked as well.
So it is obvious that their footwear are not waterproof as claimed, and not fit for purpose. I returned these boots to Haix over 3 months ago now, and I am still waiting for a refund (they keep promising that the refund is ‘being processed’).
Disgraceful and unfit for purpose products and ‘customer service’ from what is meant to be a reputable international company providing ‘quality products for professionals’.

Bought the Haix Black Eagle Athletic 2.0.
This is the third pair of Haix I have owned, I previously owned the High Liability British Army boot, and a previous Black Eagle full leather boot. Both my previous boots were excellent, fitting well, comfortable and offering full goretex waterproofing.
With my new pair of boots though, I had worn them three times, they were very uncomfortable and far too tight. Also, more worryingly, I wore them walking through short wet dewy grass, and my feet were soaked around the toe.
I have been asked to return them, however, reading the reviews now I am very concerned how long it will take to receive a refund.

bought these black eagle boots in December only to walk the dogs when it rained as they claim they are waterproof. They are far from waterproof. started splitting across the toes very soon after. had to send them back to germany and took 6 weeks they blamed Brexit even though its 2024. that was in may this year. They tried to say that the damage was caused wilfully and that i had bought the wrong size boot. (really) emailed them again on September 5th 2024 to be told they had refunded me and to check paypal . No refund has been issued by Haix. Stay away from this company they do not honour or respect their customers and customer services is non existent.Their boots are rubbish poor quality with even poorer customer services.

Bought a pair of boots in February 2024 . Boots came apart at the seem June 2024. Very poor quality especially at a price of £179.79.
Customer services are useless. They want the boots back before they can do anything. I've sent detailed photos, but that's not good enough. They have to have them back and can't give any timescale of how long the process of refund will take. Do not buy from this company! Very poor

I bought 5 pair of boots in a 1 year time frame, and on one of my boots i accidently made a small cut with the chainsaw on the toe rubber cap. Being naive enough I believed what they are saying on their site that they offer quality service repair for their shoes, including rubber toe cap replacement and rubber side band replacement, for a small amount of money of course, price i would have been more then willing and happy to pay.
I 've sent my boots to their service, and they weren't even aware of the fact that my boots were standing in their service department for 6 days, after that they tried to blame me , that i did not write the adress clear enough( I sent them trough a carrier company , how could my name and adress be unclear + i taped an extra piece of papper with my email and phone no. inside the packege on the shoe box). After they eventually found it they decided to not inform me on the way they will repair the shoes ( me assuming they will replace the rupper toe cap or the rubber sideband, as it was cut) , and patch it in the most ugly unprofessional way, on the total oposition with what they market on their service site, furthermore they were very condescending and offered it as a gesture of "goodwill" altough no one asked them to give me any goodwill or favours. I marely wanted to buy their repair services not treated like a begger on the street!
I could've been at least informed on the way they were planing to "fix" my shoes, because i could've done a better job myself!

I bought some boots from them and they broke within 3 months. I tried to contact them to get a replacement but asked me to send them back which I can't as I need to wear something to work.
I tried to explain this to them but had zero response. I wish that I'd read the reviews on here first before purchasing. I left a review on there website but looks like they only publicise what the want.
Never again.
I wouldn't be so annoyed if the boots had been cheap not £140!!

Bought some boots 12 weeks ago and the eyelets have all snapped, poor quality boot and even worse customer service, they don't have the decency to reply or acknowledge emails, once they have your money they don't care, chainsaw boots usually last 12 months not 12 weeks - AVOID buying Haix chainsaw boots as you will need to buy some better quality ones like Arbortec scarfell lites ones

It’s strange. You won’t find any reviews on the Haix website. Is this because they won’t post them? I wrote a review a while ago that didn’t appear. My experience with their product is poor. Boots advertised for summer and winter wear have no thermal insulation and are useless for even mild winter conditions. The uppers are very thin and don’t look like they’d be up to any robust use. Customer service totally uninterested. Misleading advertising. Avoid this company.

Used to thoroughly recommend Haix for the comfort and quality of their boots. Spent a small fortune over the years. I then had one pair of boots that failed through general use within 6 months, nothing more heavy duty than I’d put previous pairs through and the customer service team simply didn’t give a care in the world. This is how they treat a loyal customer.
I have since posted my experience to landscaping forums with members in excess of 500k, so the loss will be far greater for them than me! Shame on you.
