I have had an over 3 sessions and seen such a big difference. My hair is not as thick and doesn’t grow as fast. I have really stubborn hormonal hair. It’s really worth a go if you too are struggling with unwanted hair. I couldn’t recommend it enough and have a few friends going there too and seriously you can notice a small difference with just 1 session. Book with Alina she is a gem 💎

I’ve been with this clinic for nearly a year and am extremely happy with the results. My first session and many other sessions were with Adrianna who is so kind and friendly to talk to. She reassured me about my concerns since it was my first time getting the treatment done. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and my results have been amazing so far… I’ve had 9 sessions and have 4 more but the level of hair reduction so far is just something much better than I expected, it is like magic!

Adriana has done by treatment from the start and it is working so well. I’m enjoying the process which is made easier with Adriana being super friendly & very professional - explaining every step and being watchful of some sensitive skin. It comes very highly recommended from me :)

Adrianna has been amazing, very helpful and informative the whole process, a comfortable experience always!

Ther service was great and the treatment has worked really well. Very pleased.

I visited the Birmingham clinic. Creta completed the 6 sessions of my treatment.She was very professional and friendly and her customer service skills are excellent. The treatment worked 100% for me!
I'm very pleased with the service I received and have booked my maintenance sessions. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

I been in that amazing clinic in London bridge and I had good experiences with many of those stuff working there but to be honest one of them her name is Nadia , she is one in a millions very honest and friendly and doing very good job very respectable and good manners I wish I could give them 100 stars because 5 stars not enough . Definitely recommend.

Please stay away for your own good.

I did my consultation and my first session with one lady, to then find out the next session she was fired cause she didn't do her job properly - she among others did not do my ankels and the current practitioner told me she had the machine on way too light.

The then current practitioner was very polite and talkative, though she occasionally put on some gel before doing the laser and some times she didn't, still to this day I don't know which one is right. I also told her I wasn't really happy with the result, especially seeing the first time was almost a complete bust, and she told me she could do double shots. That was the most painful experience I have ever had and then pain lasted for the rest of the day. I honestly felt like I was stabbed in the armpit, to then be told they just got a new painless machine, but she didn't wanted to use that one because "some customers don't belive it's working unless they feel something".

Still to this day, after 6 treatments (technically 7?), I see no different. They only change I got was an itchy armpit, which might have either come from the two shot treatment or the lack of gel (for the record, I did not wear any deodorant on the day of the treatment not after as they told me).

I cannot say anythings else then to stay away, as the only thing I got for my £800 was pain and itchy armpits. The damage is done, but I really want my money back.

EDIT: They contacted me via email and were not supportive at all. The lady I was emailing with constantly tried to twist my words and never read my reply properly as I felt like she was answering someone else completely. As I told her in our privat emails, I had my first treatment in 2019 and 2020, then the pandemic hit, and I wasn't able to finish my treatment until spring 2022, which is why I had to contact them so late. Because I was unfortunate enough to get my treatment disturbed by the pandemic, their customer service agent is using that for a reason not to help nor listen to what I have to say.

And on the note of selfdefense, I because of my work I said it would be easier to continue over email, but that I could talk to my managers if they wanted to have a call. But, she continued over email so not sure why that's even being brought up.

Their customer service made the whole situation go from bad to horrible.

I had 13 sessions for a laser hair removal in bikini and underarm. Paid a huge price and was no way close to finish the course as had lots of hair growth. The stuff was nice and I felt very comfortable during sessions. However, around 8-9th session ( my hair growth was only stopped for 2weeks, whereas at his stage should lasted me 5+ weeks) they were convincing me that it's my hair/skin fault and I need more lazer sessions, not them not increasing the strength of laser.
I have changed the company 3 months ago, and after one session I had double hair reduction than at envie's. Do Not Recommend.

I am very happy with the results of first treatment I would say 70% hair reduction and skin feel smooth. Also lady at Birmingham was very friendly and professional.

Horrible and a selling tactic. The woman who did my laser did not do it properly at all. She spend more time trying to sell me a package. Don’t be fooled by the £19 offer!!!

I've had 2 laser hair removal sessions with Adrianna and so far I am very pleased! She is always friendly and attentive. The treatments are quick and with little to no pain and I've noticed a significant difference only after 2 sessions! Would recommend!

I've had amazing results after only 2 sessions - I would say about a 90% reduction and I still have 4 more sessions to go. I'm so glad I decided to go with Envie for my hair removal journey. Greta has been incredible, so friendly and professional and made me feel really comfortable. The whole process is virtually painless which is even better.

Ok so Iv taken my time in putting this review up as I wanted to be sure it’s actually working , I’m very pleased so far on my 3rd session so far an can honestly say I don’t have to shave only on the day of my treatment just incase , the specialist at the salon is so pleasant and sweet she has made me feel 💯 comfortable and I’m glad to have booked with envie ... I have also recommended them to family and friends who have booked ... my advice to anyone out ther considering I would 100percent book with them u won’t be disappointed 5stars 👌🏽(Birmingham)

Laser that really does work from the first session. Amber has been doing my sessions and she's so lovely and professional. She has great people skills and makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She's has full knowledge of the equipment and knows what work best for me.
