First PRP session today. Really easy highly recommend

I had a 1600 graft DHI hairline correction procedure, with Hairmedicsuk yesterday.
The day started on a positive note when the receptionists Lucy & Zoe, went out of their way to chat to me and to make me feel at ease, which definitely calmed my jangling nerves.
I then met the surgical team consisting of Dr Feyroza, who was ably supported by technicians Rachel & Paulina.
From the outset, I was immediately impressed with the calm professionalism exhibited by the team.
Dr Feyroza is very much a DHI expert with a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on. I had no idea of the level of skill, precision and patience that’s required, to identify suitable follicles from the donor area, to categorise them into single, double and triple grafts, and to then implant them in a specific order to create a natural hairline.
I will be honest, it was a very long day for all of us, but the team maintained a positive and caring approach throughout the entire day.
I’m on day 1 of my journey, so still getting to grips with the stringent aftercare requirements to give the grafts the best chance of survival. The aftercare instructions are specific and easy to follow.
If I could score higher than a 5 I would.
Robbie, the reception team and the surgical team all performed their individual roles to the highest level.
I would 100% recommend Hairmedicsuk to anyone who is considering a hair transplant procedure.

I had a very good experience, they covered all the details and questions about the procedure thoroughly. Dr Kumar explained the process as we were going though, which was a hair transplant with approx 2k follicles (I liked to know what each step was). The aftercare details were thoroughly covered and happy with the result so far (it's only been a few days). I'd have like a little more information/reminders in the run up to the day - I did watch some videos of others and there may have been things missed if you didn't do the same.

Made my hair transplant easy. Its still early days (2 weeks post surgery) but everything so far has been great. Any questions ive had Robbie has answered and made me feel confident. He has always replied promptly with relevant information even over the Christmas period. Glad i chose these guys!

My journey with Hair Medics Uk started with a video consultation, the knowledge of the team was exceptional, they explained every stage professionally and also put everything in terms that I, as a non medical person, could understand. I booked up back in the summer, yesterday I had my FUE hair transplant surgery carried out.
Dr Rohit met me at reception along with Yeti his nurse technician, reality quickly set in and started to feel a bit nervous about the procedure. Its not easy to find providers of DHT blockers for females. I was very happy to discover Hair Medics.
When I called staff were in clinic but they have promptly called me back same day.
I was able to talk through my symptoms and was advised few products. I have placed an order right away online and received it within 3 days.
I have ordered few more items yesterday and I have already received notification from Royal Mail its on its way.
As I only started the therapy cant say anything about the outcomes but I am so pleased that I have an affordable option to try to improve my hair loss.
