I had just the best experience and help from Nicky.
My cancer wig had an "accident" and I needed something of quality ASAP. Needless to say I was in a panic but Nicky calmed me down and helped me. I left feeling grateful that I was in such good hands.

Terrible experience at Hair Masters, Panchkula (Sector 8)

My wife went to Hair Masters, Sector 8 Panchkula, for hair colour with highlights and an Olaplex treatment — and it was honestly one of the most disappointing salon experiences she’s had.

They promised that a hair expert would handle her service, but throughout the appointment, the stylist kept changing multiple times, and in the end, it was mostly junior staff who actually did the work. The whole process dragged on for nearly four hours, and yet her hair came out feeling dry, rough, and completely unlike what you’d expect after a visit to a so called luxury salon.

Despite all this, they charged an extremely high amount, citing that an “expert” was attending to her hair — which simply wasn’t true. The lack of professionalism, coordination, and honesty is shocking for a salon that claims to be premium.

I would strongly advise avoiding Hair Masters Panchkula, especially if you’re trusting them with colour or treatments. What they promise and what they deliver are worlds apart.
