Shipping to the UK was never received, WITH proof from the carriers that the delivery was not to the correct address. They suggested we speak to Hairfinity to get them to make a claim. Hairfinity and the owners totally MIA and refusing to make the claim with the carrier and also not giving us a refund. Several hundred dollars down, can comfortably say we'll NEVER BUY FROM COMPANY again. But definitely do not think they care about that either.

I have been using hairfinity hair vitamins off and on since 2013. I just ordered more vitamins due to hair thinning from braids and lace front styles. Hairfinity is my go to product for healthy hair. Love it.

Terrible company. I have been a long time customer of hairfinity and they recently decided to switch the delivery method (for Canada away). They shipped my package through Passport International Shipping and what a nightmare. My package was never received (I waited 2 months) and neither Passport shipping company nor Hairfinity could tell me where my package was or reimburse me for not receiving it. I reached out to hairfinity and the response time was slow and then non existent. I am so shocked and disappointed. Never again will I be purchasing from Hairfinity.

I love this product, been using it for the last three years. Wore braids a lot and it thin my hair badly, stopped wearing braids and started using this product, my hair began to thicken and has also strengthened alone with growth. I love it

I've been a loyal customer of Hair Infinity since they first launched, and my experience has taken a disappointing turn. Recently, I encountered an issue with my address since I now use a P.O. Box that only accepts deliveries through Flex. I reached out to see if they could send my package via a different courier, but despite assurances that they would get back to me, I received no follow-up. I've had a similar issues years ago and it was with a larger company that were extremely helpful and accommodate my needs at the time. It’s disheartening, especially as someone who has consistently supported a Black-owned business, to feel overlooked. I expected more consideration for long-time customers.

I use the pills for myself & the gummies for my kids. They are the truth!!

I have never received my order, the customer service line is unavailable and the person who answers the emails is sending me invalid links.
Keep away at all costs.

I made an order for two items. The delivery took a while. One was finally delivered in a flimsy grey bag the same size as the item(vitamin bottle). I tore it open and took the item out. The second Item did not come with it. I waited a few more days and then emailed asking where my second item is. I had logged on to try to track delivery and I kept getting a "404: This page could not be found". Clearly my mail was not read. I instead received a template response advising me to:
1) photo of the front of the box or package with the weight and order number visible
(2) photo of the actual product received inside of your box
(3) photo of the outside of the box and inside with products in it.
I have explained more than twice, there was no box. It came in a bag. Yet I have received the exact same template email. I have sent a photo of the vitamin bottle I received and at this point, I have gone past wanting the second item and just want a refund. This is a deliberate attempt to not meet their obligations and refusing to refund. I will have to treat this as fraud. They have not addressed my concerns about delivery, the fact I cannot track my delivery due to the consistent error message, they have made no attempts on their end to find out why only one item was sent out and if the other is en-route or not.

BUYER BEWARE. Something in these products is making me drowsy and sleep too deeply at night. I stopped taking them for the past few days and my energy levels have returned. I looked up the amino acids and one of them has been known to improve sleep patterns in insomniacs. When I contacted the company, they got defensive and claimed I was outside of their return period. They conveniently changed their return policy from 30 days from receipt of product, to 30 days of purchase of product which means I could not get a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I have never had more terrible customer service in my life!! The vitamins are trash. All these reviews are fake. I experienced hair loss and acne. I ordered a four month supply, tried it for two weeks and sent all product back. (3 unopened bottles and one half used) I emailed the company when I sent it back with tracking and they said thank you we will refund when returned. I emailed again a week after it delivered and they told me to wait 14 business days. I waited well over and they told me they would not refund me because it was delivered a day after a month from the order date. So they one month policy is a lie. It’s doesn’t account for the shipping time to you and back. And it came ONE DAY LATE!!! I spent a hundred dollars and another 12 to ship and they refuse to refund me for my unused bottles. I have been contacting them via email and finally contacted the manager Giana who was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful Yelling Over me. She kept saying do you know how many people call about the same issue. Well then fix it. Your a manager. This company is terrible and direspectful, greedy, liars and stealers. I work very hard for my money and they do not care about their costumers. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! The vitamins do not work and they don’t deserve business.

I know this is very shocking, first person who dislike.
First of all the webbsite. Lot's of pop-up and advertisment like "please buy this one too". Second what I hate is the delivery to Sweden. As you know our sh***y Post service PostNord doesn't deliver professional anylonger so is it neccesary to pay more than 65kr? And while you are in the delivery page it is showing one 65kr and other one is 75 but no information what the difference is. Third when you are having in panic mode and wanted to contact so badly support, it takes more than 48hrs.
and the last that killed my mood; It doesn't smell like the youtubers said AND VERY VERY BAD MANUFACTORED PUMPING BOTTLES. Like you can't lock it schampoo and conditioner. I am pretty sure that I won't buy it again. Not worth it but sad that product does helping my hair grow :(

IT WORKS. BUT DONT RELY ON IT ALONE. YOU MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE HAIR STYLES. CONDITION AND OIL TREAT YOUR WEEKLY. AND IF YOU ARE RELAXED. THINK ABOUT STREACHING. I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN ABOUT 2 MONTHS OF USING PRODUCT. MY HAIR SEEMS AS IF IT IS COMING IN THICKER.
