Item was faulty and the returns service isn't working. No-one answers the phone. Absolutely appalling. Definitely won't be ordering again

Love this company. There are so many colour choices and hair products to choose from.
Return service if needed is excellent.
Also the updates they send are frequent.

Swift delivery, excellent and easy to use product - highly recommend Stranded!

The seemless hair extensions i bought were all bent at the seem when i opened them. I was told I could not return them as they'd been opened. How would I know this without opening them? Really annoyed as they were expensive. I will NEVER use again.

Had to contact the customer service team as the delivery service was inadequate. The extensions were not delivered to my address although it was claimed the package was ‘signed for’.
I asked for this to be investigated further and all I received in return were emails stating that it’s clear it has been delivered to the correct address through a ‘full investigation with DHL’.
A lot of money has now unfortunately gone down the drain and the company seems completely unsympathetic towards the matter.
I will not be using this company again and should have gone with my gut as to using my usual online hair extension supplier.

I ordered an 18 inch one piece extension and ponytail and they are stunning. The colour (luna sky) matches my hair perfectly. They look amazing and are so easy to fit. I’m so happy with these I placed an order for the 20 inch wavy one piece. I had a question before it arrived so I emailed customer service. The reply was so quick with the answer. Not only are the products fab but the customer service is to.

Hair different lengths not what it's says when ordering 16 inch. The hair is different lengths on the clips. This makes the hair look chopped badly. I won't be ordering from these again. I feel like I have wasted my money. I have never had hair extensions that have been different lengths before with 16, 18 or 20 inch.

Very unexpected service one not expected this day and age .First class service delivery next day .i had sent for wrong colour not only I sent sample not only did they match perfectly but arrived next day well done hope business goes well,I am a lady of 85 thanks again .

I’ve been wearing extensions for years, I bought the ‘one piece wand wave clip in” but it was so heavy it was too painful to wear. I also bought the wand wave clip in ponytail but it looked nothing like in the photo! Awful! I sent both back but they will only give a 50% refund! Terrible service, do not buy these products.

The team at stranded hair group were so helpful as always! Being a serial hair colour changer, I flick between dark and blonde! The hardest part is I live in Australia, making it hard to decide on an exact colour! One email and boom!! Colour matched and order placed! Looking forward to receiving my new “honey blush” shade from my previous “sweetheart” order! Get purchasing ladies! These are fab!!

I was very wary about ordering online, as the last few hair pieces l had bought from other companies did not look that good compared to the pictures. My other issues were matching my hair colour as l have my hair coloured and it can look different as the month goes on. I do have quite short hair and can just about manage to grab enough to tie up, won't quite make a bun, but enough to use for the scrunchie. I did request a colour match, but was unable to order a sample as it was out of stock, so l took a chance on the great range of colours they offer. I went for the Luna Sky and so glad l did. I went to work and someone asked how long had it taken to do my hair as it looked great. I ordered a couple of the buns and at the moment l am wearing the flicky style which gives a very natural messy bun look, but l do love the messy bun one and curly bun. I need to put a couple of hair clips in just to hold it securely as my hair is short, but it holds all day. I am now looking to order some clip in extensions to extend my collection and this will now be my place to go for ordering hair pieces. Prices are good for the quality of hair, it does not look fake at all. Postage is quick and they come well packaged in a box to keep them tidy.

Bought a weft from this company, I did not read the instructions correctly and thought you could have the item sewn in, after about a month the hair went matted and I didn't realize why, if was at this point I complained and was told it could not be sewn in, I went back and read the instructions again and this was in fact true.
The company even though I hadn't followed the right procedure still dealt with my complaint (even though it was my own fault) and offered a gesture of goodwill which I did not expect at all, I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future and will also recommend to friends, thankyou stranded hair group for you compassion and customer service 😀

I have bought these extensions for years. I love the human hair piece and the one piece clip ins synthetic hair. I love both of them and they blend so well with your hair colour. I usually have lily of the valley colour and it matches so well. Would highly recommend 😁
