Hi Everyone. On recommendation from my daughter, I decided to order for the 1st time from Cooki Haircare. I ordered the ginger soap bar and conditioner. The next day I requested if possible can they swap the conditioner bar for another shampoo bar. They were quite obliging and said they will.
But a day or so later I got an email saying that there will be a hold up on dispatching my order as they are out of stock for the free bag and the wooden soap trays I ordered.
I replied back that I didn't care about the free bag and I just need the shampoo bar as I am keen to use it.
I got a reply saying ok. I still haven't received my order and after enquiring about it was told it's now ready to ship. For an Australian based company, the delivery should have been delivered by now. My daughter said hers arrived in good time. So far I cannot agree with her. I will let you know when it's delivered and if the product is good. Bye

Hi Margaret, we're so sorry for the rare delay with your order. The two-day wait was caused by an out of stock item being as discussed via email, but your order was shipped out earlier today. As you mentioned your daughter’s order arrived in good time and we’re usually very speedy, so our apologies again for this. We also wanted to reassure you that we’ve replied to all your emails, including those sent over the weekend, which were responded to today once we were back in the office.
