Airfryer fault
I recently contacted Hadens and explained that there was a fault with my airfryer draws. Without hesitation they sent a return label to send faulty airfryer back. I received a replacement within 48 hours! Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

My multi temperature kettle failed…
My multi temperature kettle failed after 21 months - 3 months inside the guarantee. I got onto Haden customer service and had excellent support and a new kettle with no hassle. I shall be back buying from Haden again - at the end of the day it is when you have a problem that customer service is paramount and Haden's is excellent - Thank You

No response - then, no parts
It looks like Haden reads these comments, so perhaps they'll look up my email from June 3 and respond. I partially melted the plastic bottom of my Dorsett electric kettle and wrote to service (at) hadenusa.com to see if i could get a replacement bottom (it's easy to get on and off). Still waiting, 3 weeks later, for a response. Several Haden responses said “we can’t find your email”. So Haden, if you do respond, please provide a working email and phone number in US. - Update. Got response from service email. They don't sell parts. Pitiful at so many levels....

Bought a Haden Air Fryer 7 months ago. It was OK. Chips were not as crispy as I liked. Then the 2nd drawer packed up, kept saying it was open when it was shut. Persevered with one drawer. Then a bit of the trim melted off and now totally unusable. Unfortunately due to moving house I have mis placed the receipt. £80 down the drain. I have now bought another one as its too hot to cook at the minute.The new cheaper one is fab. Don't waste your money!

Read this before buying…
Bought a Haden airfryer as a replacement to the one we had, don't buy for the following reasons.
1. It's impossible to contact anyone from Haden to give you advice all customer services will do is to tell you to email another department.
2. The previous device we had when cooking a certain food would take 12 - 14 min at 200 degrees the Haden same food, same temp, plus pre heating for 3 min will take 20 min plus and the food is more well done to the front of the relevant tray.

Bought the Haden 11ltr double stack…
Bought the Haden 11ltr double stack airfryer as a replacement to our single drawer Wilko 5ltr air fryer.
It's hugely disappointing.
Doesn't reach the correct temperature.
Has a very uneven distribution of heat for an air fryer
Touch controls are very unresponsive
The coating is already coming off despite constant use of liners and only ever hand washing
Overall it was a massive disappointment

Poor build quality and longevity
Have bought 2 Haden Cotwold kettles and both developed exactly the same faults: the body started to rust near the lid (no, I did not use any cleaning products, just a damp cloth) and the lid became so loose that it would fall off when the kettle was poured. I had the first kettle replaced under warranty but when the second kettle developed the same defects I decided just to keep it as I couldn't be without a kettle at that time. However, recently, the on-off switch has now broken, rendering the kettle unusable. Typically, it is just outside the two-year warranty period, but (when considering the Consumer Rights Act of 2015) this is not a 'reasonable' length of time for a mid-range product. I have contacted customer services but am not expecting any positive resolution, having seen other reviews here. Having looked at other reviews online, it would appear that build quality and poor longevity is a common factor across the entire Haden range. Also, I would suggest that Haden stop implying that their products are British by prominent use of the Union Flag on their packaging. The company may have been established in Britain, but their kettles are made in China. I certainly would not buy any of their products again. Shame, as aesthetically they look good, but they are poor quality and just don't last.

My kettle was leaking I got in touch with them they first said for me to get in contact with ASDA where I bought but asda didn’t resolved my problem so they did absolutely quickly and easy I’m really happy with the service.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Haden. We love the variable temperature kettle, superb features and dead easy to keep clean. Super helpful company with great products, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very quick on answering emails and…
Very quick on answering emails and providing excellent customer service.
My Gran had managed to break the external glass on her oven, I sent an email to Haden explaining the situation and bought glass from them for a very reasonable price but we had a mix up and they did send the internal glass instead.
So I contacted them again and I explained it was the glass where the handle etc attaches and they offered me a new door free of charge.....you can not fault them for that

I had trouble with my Haden airfryer it…
I had trouble with my Haden airfryer it kept stopping & saying open on the panel, I contacted the customer service & explained the issue & it's being sent back for a replacement.
The ladies I spoke to were really helpful friendly & polite, nothing was to much trouble they contacted me the next day with the instructions on how to return it & it was easy to do. All my emails were answered & they kept me informed, great customer service thank you for all your help

Excellent customer service
After just under two years, my Haden kettle broke - as the instruction manual said it was guaranteed for two years, I contacted Haden customer services. Despite me not purchasing the item directly from them, they immediately offered to send out a replacement free of charge, and also sent a prepaid label for me to return the broken one. They were communicative, prompt and helpful throughout, and I now have my matching set of kettle, microwave and toaster restored!

Air fryer fault quickly replaced.
I bought an air fryer at Christmas. After a few weeks, the door sensor stopped working and kept randomly saying it was open when it wasn’t. I contacted customer support. Despite it being several weeks - well over 30 days - they didn’t question the problem. I was sent a returns voucher and my new air fryer was delivered within a few days.
Great service - not their fault that the first one broke, these things happen even to the best made products.
Definitely recommend.

Purchased a double drawer 1.1L air…
Purchased a double drawer 1.1L air fryer from Lidl 3 months ago, and quite frankly it is the worst kitchen product I have ever owned.
Poor build quality, combined with poor material quality.
The non stick coating started flaking off the trays within a couple of weeks of use. The plastic trim on the front panel, beneath the drawers detached itself, and won't clip back into place. However, the absolute worst fault is the fryer is continually turning itself off while displaying "draw open" which is clearly a faulty draw sensor.
A terrible product, and it wasn't even that cheap.

Terrifying cookers
I’ve just come out of the burns unit after experiencing a terrifying event with my Haden cooker.
This cooker is1.5 years old and for a few weeks it has been cooking unevenly and the food is often burnt from the underside. The temperature is always questionable. I cooked a casserole 5 days ago and as I went to take it out a bomb of steam hit me in the face and has caused 3rd degree burns to my nose lips and cheeks. The ambulance guys said this was the equivalent of walking into a raging fire. I have been referred to Birmingham burns unit and I will need ongoing treatment. I am now terrified of this cooker or pitting anything in it.
Our previous cooker was also a Haden and lasted exactly 2 years before it started tripping the electric in the house and had to be replaced with this one. I have never in my life had such a terrifying experience. The safety of and temperature of these cookers are questionable and dangerous. I’m grieving the loss of my face 😫

Disappointing customer service.
I bought a fridge freezer in October 2024. A runner on one of the freezer drawers has broken, making the drawer wobble when I open it. I had registered the fridge freezer when I bought it, and had a 2 year PARTS and labour guarantee. When I contacted Haden to explain what had happened, after only 7 months of use, they informed me that the drawers are not guaranteed. I was shocked and disappointed that a well-known company like Haden would not replace a drawer that had had so little use.
I won't be buying from Haden again. Poor customer service.

I bought this toaster 10 months ago and it had been tripping our electric and giving off a burning smell. I contacted Haden as it was under a 12 month warranty. They asked me to do some tests to determine if the fault was with our electric sockets or not . In the end the fault was with the toaster. Haden sent a free replacement out after I sent the original toaster back . During the process the Haden customer service was absolutely first class

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I have a kettle and the lid had broken. Not wanting to throw it away, I thought I’d send a quick email to ask if I could buy a replacement lid. They replied within hours and after a few emails back and forth, sent out a free lid the following day. In a world full of companies selling kitchen equipment, Hadens have set themselves apart from the rest. Definitely recommend and definitely buying from in future. 5 stars
