Jim and his people did a great job after my website was hacked. Their work was fast and effective, and he answered any questions I had promptly.

Jim was absolutely fantastic. My site was hacked... the hackers put a bunch of new pages on it with links to what I think is their e-commerce site... it appears they were using black hat SEO to improve their rankings in Google search by creating links from my site to theirs. Eventually, their content started showing up on my regular site pages which is what tipped me off that there was a problem.
