I recently bought a workout T-Shirt from Gym Freak. It arrived quickly and the two tone design is nice but the quality of the garment is poor. It claims to be ‘breathable’ but it was not comfortable to workout in, particularly if you sweat. Honestly, I would expect this lack of quality from a cheaply made £5 T-Shirt from budget brands like Shein or Teemu. The product falls short of its £25 price tag.

Terrible company. They do not value or respect their customers at all. Their customer services as practically non-existent, and when they do respond they pretty rude and unhelpful.

Do not order from this company. The company needs to be shut down. Their products do not match the online description and they don't care about quality control. Avoid this company.

ordered some shorts in a medium but was sent a large.
when contacted they said I had to return the product (at my cost) before they would send out the correct size!
challenged this but all I got was the same on repeat, not so much as an apology or offer to send them out with a returns envelope!
not how to run a business and the customer care is non existent, won't be ordering from here again after a quite upsetting experience.

Buyers beware, I purchased a pair of shorts but the seem in the pocket had split, looking on the Gym Freak website and there is no return information, looking at my order confirmation again no return information just an email address, contacted the email address to ask how I can return my purchase and no response
So I am £30 out of pocket with a pair of defective shorts
There are plenty of other gym clothing companies out there with great customer serve and clear returns policy, unfortunately that doesn’t apply to Gym Freak - DO NOT BUY

Very good clothing and very comfortable, especially in the summer. Very good customer service as well. Will be using this brand more often

Faulty item, tried to convince me it was just loose threads now waited over a week for refund to be told more lies and have screen shot the conversations vile service vile ignorrant adviser avoid at all costs with crap service and product

They sent me a white hoodie that was full of stains . When I returned the item they said they never received and refused to refund and blocked me on Facebook even though I have signed proof. Which they signed as a squiggle . Avoid company! Total scammers

Beware! This company will not pay you your refund when you return items to them (which you have to pay for yourself) and they will ignore all your emails. Basically fraudulent practice.
